Shes an ideal fit as a Dem for this district, and despite its enormous size, she works it HARD from end to end.
Nobody knows Florida politics like Steve, and these are must-reads right before any election. nitter.cf/steveschale/status/211…
You cannot tell me that this type of campaign makes any Jewish American feel safer.
It is utterly disgusting, and considering he has a Jewish grandchild, shows what a dispicable person Bertie Moreno is.
This Republican Party belongs nowhere near power.

This argument sounded a lot more sensible before the last two weeks of Republican rhetoric, which has been the most bigoted, disgusting political rhetoric I've ever heard. It might be the most bigoted rhetoric since segregation ended. I mean, the Cruz & Moreno stuff is vile.

That’s not what it is. You’ve lost your way on this one. Yes, Dems should win the Senste. No, El Sayed should not be in the Senate. And defeating him is important to winning in 2028, and beyond.
Hey Tim, I don't think being worried about someone blowing up an elementary school, and not condemning the most antisemitic ad I've ever seen is "butthurt."
It's called politics, and perhaps some people on the left who thought it was so easy to put a coalition of Democrats together should try it.
This idea that you're going to berate Jewish Michiganders into voting for your candidate is some of the most foolish politics I've seen on here. It's essentially bullying, and its going to drive more people to vote for Mike Rogers.
Gonna need the @jonhein review asap!

Increasing the cap on what schools can pay athletes directly is good. Negotiating the terms of that cap with the athletes themselves would be better.
Big Ten presidents and chancellors will meet Wednesday to review and possibly adopt conference cap rules that align with the framework of the Protect College Sports Act, sources tell @YahooSports - a first step in preparing schools for the bill’s passage.

Israel's Arab citizens showed us what it looks like to believe in a democracy; now it's on the Jewish opposition parties to show that they believe in it too.
Anything happen in the last 30 years to convince Israelis that a peace process was hopeless? No? Okay.

Required reading for all those interested in American Jewish views about Israel. The connection between the two communities today is stronger, not weaker, than even 3 years ago. Don’t believe the hater BS about US Jews dumping Israel. It’s just not true. jta.org/2026/10/26/ideas/u-s…
This is the most compelling argument for fellow Jews in Michigan to vote for @AbdulElSayed (from @jonlovett). He is correct.
The problem, and one I'd like to see Lovett address, is if there is actual room in the Democratic Party for Jews who support Israel, or perhaps at all, to participate in this conversation he plans to have after the election.
The left has decided that if you don't repeat the shibboleths, you're cast out.
It seems like saying "actually, we can disagree on Israel and all be Democrats in good standing" is a reasonable big tent response.
It is true that on the right it won't stop and will end up with the Jews.
The problem is--on the left, it is STARTING with the Jews.
If you want me to believe my family is safe and you care about the safety of my children, as you no doubt have told me publicly and privately, @AbdulElSayed, perhaps you might say you don't agree with the sentiments expressed here, since they are both antisemitic and false.
(That is not what your campaign said here)
El-Sayed campaign statement: "This ad is not affiliated in any way with the Abdul for Senate campaign. Abdul is focused on pushing back against Trump’s agenda that is raising prices for Michiganders. No one speaks for Abdul but himself and his campaign." #MISEN
Same, Congressman.
Same.

My values, my identity and my community are far more important to me than any individual election result. Regardless, it’s widely understood that I lost in my particular district for the same reasons this ad is repugnant, blatantly false, and incites even more violence against Jews.
And sadly, you consistently add fuel to this slanderous and anti-Jewish fire.
