please check this through. I have both parties whose content I've worked with willing to give their confirmation on the rights and permissions for the content.
The level of enforcement of "reused content" is really not making sense.
If it is true:
- No livestreamer content is allowed to be reformatted multiple times into
1) Vod channel
2) clip channel
3) regular highlight channel
Which has been the standard. Or this would not at least fall under the reasoning provided by the Creator Support:
"Reused content may also be known as duplicative or scraped content (taking unique or original content from other websites and publishing it as your own).
Examples include, but are not limited to, the following:
-Third-party videos stitched together with minimal to no changes
-Third-party content compiled without a narrative
-Content uploaded somewhere else first
-Content uploaded many times by multiple users
If you want to create content that can be monetized, here are some best practices:
-Add commentary or show your presence in your videos (voice or on screen)
-Link back to your YouTube channel from your website
-Provide more context about your work in your video and channel descriptions
-Make sure the content on your channel aligns with our policies. You can review: Community Guidelines, AdSense Policies, and YouTube monetization policies."
Because nobody in it's current state I know of are putting all of this effort into their content they're reformatting from livestreams into videos. The reformatting itself should be enough like it is with all similar channels.
If it is not true, I have a feeling I've been wrongly classified as someone exploiting other peoples content for any type of gain with no permissions and I'm treated differently to my peers. I would like to have better explanation and deeper dive to my account, especially the B0atyClips youtube channel as that is the one with the flag that is causing me all this trouble.
The whole channel getting this Youtube Partner Program Suspension after 4 months of no new uploads is very wild to me.
This is so devastating as the reasoning for the whole case leaves so much in the air of what is allowed and what is not. I hate to request it, but I would like some humanity with the customer service you're providing regarding this case.

3/3. I'd appreciate it if you could review the YPP suspension affecting both channels. Josh Strife Says has been a human focused, comedic channel for years and many viewers have enjoyed the content.

Channel B0atyClips has been falsely banned for "reused content. I'm not impersonating the creator, I have permission to use the spurce footage and the videos on the channels are bot just reuploads from other social medias as "reused content" claims.
I've repurposed the content into very different format from the original footage with all needed permissions and rights but the support tickets so far have completely missed the point when I'm trying ro explain my situation.
I own two YouTube channels, the another one being +300K subscribers channel I've ran for almost 5 years at this point. This channel, Josh Strife Says got banned because of "suspension on affiliated channel" to me.
The only feedback is that the channel would have not provided enough "value-adding editing" to the original footage. I think this is completely false in my case, as I edit and re-package the content to different format.
I have the ability to have the right owners directly contact and clear my case with this. They have no issue with the work I do, so what is wrong here?
I've been dealing with this Youtube Partner Program suspension for over 5-months. I'm asking for someone to manually go through my case and provide me some more feedback on the situation and how I can change the content I produce for the creators I work with to align with Youtube TOS.
The content I've produced is nearly identical to what all big clips channels and social medias creators have output.

Evri driver just told me, at the door, he couldn't deliver a package.
A package which was on the van, behind him.
With my address on, which he was at.
That he arrived at, by following the package address.
Because his system, said this was the wrong address for the package...
The package, for me, at my house, right now, with my name and address on, delivered to me by @evri, couldn't be given to me, because the system said no, but he would return tomorrow, on the same van, with the same package, to the same address, once the system said yes...
Still pushing for this youtube, still needs fixing.
I've now done +10 tickets and had multiple conversations with YouTube creator support about my Youtube Partner Program issue.
I have no other choice than get active on channel that I stopped uploading on for 4 days (B0atyClips channel) because I didn't want to continue working on that channel.
4 months of no new videos and it gets flagged with reused content is absurd, with no guidance on what actually has to be changed.
I've now filed out-of-court dispute settlements thansk to EU's Digital Services Act (DSA) as this claim is not correct for my channels case. I had and have the rights to use the content on these channels and this should have more specific information on what to act on, what videos have violated this "reused content" claim and instructions how to go forward.
I've fought this for over five months now and now have to start working on a channel again with no idea if I'm Still potentially violating their ToS since I've been given no guidance what I'm doing wrong, potentially wasting hundreads of more hours on editing and making videos on that channel in order to restore Josh Strife Says clip channel to Youtube Partner Program.
This is extremely devastating, as I've very free time as is and I now have to spread that even thinner with not even knowing is it potentially 100% wasted time I'm taking away from my own health and family time.
This is absurd. Please if you know anyone from Youtube and can look over this, I've documented this very well for you to share and go through.

Josh Strife Says, the official @JoshStrifeHayes clip channel got it's monetization back on 8th of October.
I was beyond happy, after +3months of claims I've fought over and over again, losing sleep for stress and straight depression. All of it for losing this channel for something that was not clearly clarified had finally come to an end.
I got straight to work.
On 12th of October I got banned again.
They gave zero new information what had changed from the unban to the ban in 4 days I had the channel monetized for. There is clearly something wrong here and more information on steps and reasons is needed.

Please look into my case.
The original ban of this "reused content" claim on B0atyClips channel is false which is leading to repeated bans on this channel. There has been no guidance on what is breaking and resulting to this ban so I'm unable to fix the issue being stated for that channel. The channel was not even active for +4months when it got the ban, so it makes no sense in the first place.
For what its worth I was hyped for @RuneScape Reignited.
I understand the worry of the veterans, and the fear of the split economy, and I still think it would have been great.
Old MMOs need new on boarding points, big days, big community boosts, to capture the magic of launch.
