please check this through. I have both parties whose content I've worked with willing to give their confirmation on the rights and permissions for the content.
The level of enforcement of "reused content" is really not making sense.
If it is true:
- No livestreamer content is allowed to be reformatted multiple times into
1) Vod channel
2) clip channel
3) regular highlight channel
Which has been the standard. Or this would not at least fall under the reasoning provided by the Creator Support:
"Reused content may also be known as duplicative or scraped content (taking unique or original content from other websites and publishing it as your own).
Examples include, but are not limited to, the following:
-Third-party videos stitched together with minimal to no changes
-Third-party content compiled without a narrative
-Content uploaded somewhere else first
-Content uploaded many times by multiple users
If you want to create content that can be monetized, here are some best practices:
-Add commentary or show your presence in your videos (voice or on screen)
-Link back to your YouTube channel from your website
-Provide more context about your work in your video and channel descriptions
-Make sure the content on your channel aligns with our policies. You can review: Community Guidelines, AdSense Policies, and YouTube monetization policies."
Because nobody in it's current state I know of are putting all of this effort into their content they're reformatting from livestreams into videos. The reformatting itself should be enough like it is with all similar channels.
If it is not true, I have a feeling I've been wrongly classified as someone exploiting other peoples content for any type of gain with no permissions and I'm treated differently to my peers. I would like to have better explanation and deeper dive to my account, especially the B0atyClips youtube channel as that is the one with the flag that is causing me all this trouble.
The whole channel getting this Youtube Partner Program Suspension after 4 months of no new uploads is very wild to me.
This is so devastating as the reasoning for the whole case leaves so much in the air of what is allowed and what is not. I hate to request it, but I would like some humanity with the customer service you're providing regarding this case.
. 1/3 - @TeamYouTube I can confirm that @vvvvisa has my full permission to use my content for youtube.com/@JoshStrifeSays which has now suspended with: "suspended due to related channel" ...

Is there anything @reneritchie could help with? We've been pushing for this for so long, its human made content, within rules, and a mans livelihood.
It's silly, but editing and coming up with in my opinion clever packaging of content for viewers to consume has been the greatest hobby, passion and motivating part in my life when it comes to any "work".
I've always been excited to work on the projects I end up taking on. Before this suspension, I could never lay in bed in the mornings as for years I've been too excited to stay and think about scrolling any socials because I have so much fun going through the footage and editing.
I've now apparently just f'd up my biggest passions forever, making Youtube videos as the suspension is being held personally to any account I as an individual will ever create or own and trying to avoid it warrants them to ban me entirely from Youtube.
Needless to say, this has made me very different from my former self. Big part of my life has been taken away and chance of getting it back is being dangled in front of my eyes every single waking hour.
There are days and just moments where I'm either confident of being able to go through this and points where I feel completely defeated in life as a whole and as a result also ruining peoples lives around me because of the husk of my former self I've become. This stuff has drained so much out of me because of many reasons.
I'm sorry all of this comes this way, but after dealing with this for 5 months I'm starting to be so done with the system and the state I get when having to deal with this.
Man.
I was okay with it for the first 1-2 months as things happens, it's quite a little time considering making videos since 2013.
But now +5 months in. I can't stress how inhumanly I feel like I've been treated during this time.

It has become clear that what I really need is for YouTube Support to properly review the B0atyClips channel again, with acknowledgment of the rights and permissions I have for the content.
I'm currently just so frustrated with the lack of human conversation I'm able to have with the people actually reviewing my channel.
There seems to be a clear difference between channels that are just third parties operating with no rights or permissions for the content they use, and channels that have rights and permissions from the original content creator to use their footage as highlights, clips, etc., which they reformat and repackage to reach a new audience that the creator wouldn't be able to reach as easily.
I feel like B0atyClips has been wrongly classified as a channel that has no permission, and they're treating it as a third party that's just downloading clips and reuploading them with no editing whatsoever.
And that is my main issue, because now I've seen people who do the exact same thing as I do, which is editing, repackaging and providing value and new reach for the original content creator, get their channels reinstated.
But for some reason, I'm not able to get that. It's probably because of the lack of reach I have on social media platforms.
I would really need one person to have a conversation with me so I could provide the email or any other way of contacting the original creators to confirm the working relationship we have and the permissions and rights I have for the content I use.
But it seems like I'm unable to reach the people who actually make these decisions.
There is a clear difference in how channels with permissions are treated compared to channels that are assumed or classified as third parties with no relationship to the original content creators.
But in my case, I have those rights and permissions.
@teamyoutube please.

If public confirmation from the creators I've worked with is what YouTube needs to reconsider the "Reused Content" suspension on B0atyClips and the "related channel suspension" on JoshStrifeSays, it would be helpful to know.
@B0aty has already confirmed on livestream that I have permission to use his content:
twitch.tv/b0aty/clip/HungryS…
@JoshStrifeHayes has also publicly acknowledged our partnership and the work I do with his content in multiple recent posts on this platform.
A very similar case was just resolved after the original creator publicly contacted @TeamYouTube:
nitter.cf/PatStaresAt/status/211…
This raises the question of why my channels are still suspended when I operate with the same permissions and production model as other livestream-related channels.
I manually select, edit and repackage livestream footage into dedicated videos, highlights and shorts, allowing the content to reach audiences who wouldn't otherwise watch the original broadcasts.
Could you please clarify whether this would help get my case properly reviewed?
Hey @TeamYouTube , my friend and colleague over at the Daily Pat @ArchiveOfPat / youtube.com/@TheDailyPat has been kicked out of the Youtube Partner Program for "Reused Content" despite the fact that they're authorized and the clips they produce are substantially transformative
Channels I'm referring to
Reused content suspension
youtube.com/@B0atyClips
Affiliated channel suspension
youtube.com/@JoshStrifeSays
This is the most descriptive information on suspension situation. As I don't have any followers here, I would appreciate anyone liking and sharing this to reach @TeamYouTube for a review.
This is the reason why I think there is either
a) the biggest chance all livestreamer related to channels are in danger of losing monetization
b) I'm just targeted or there is a very minor, easily explainable format I could change if provided the information with.

The automated claims try to convey that the editing isn't sufficient enough, though this would mean that ALL of livestream related channels that upload just cut content o(if even that) would fall under reused content.
If you content falls under these, it could be considered to fall under "reused content" claim and have you suspended from the Youtube Partner Program:
"Reused content refers to channels that repurpose content that’s already on YouTube or another online source without adding significant original commentary, substantive modifications, or educational or entertainment value.
-Third-party videos stitched together with minimal to no changes
-Third-party content compiled without a narrative
-Content uploaded somewhere else first
-Content uploaded many times by multiple users"
I think most livestreamers channels fall under this. And if you for second think that this would only apply to people who don't directly own the content and rather operate with permissions:
"Operating the channel under the original creator's email wouldn't change the YPP review criteria, as the focus remains on the value-add editing and original commentary present in the content itself."
"The YPP review focuses on whether the channel adds significant original commentary or substantive modifications, regardless of where the source material originated."
I hope I'm able to hear some feedback regarding this.
I'm able to proof all my claims, get original content owners directly to contact and confirm my case etc.
But I feel like I've been wronged out here because of some wrong identification of me using the content without any permission.
I either would like to confirm my rights and permissions for the value I provide for the creators I work with
or
Start over with making sure the creators own the channels if that is the distinction here and reason for my ban.
I think a lot of things are mixed up here and not clear since you're allowed to clip your own content, but at the same time you cant download content from another social without adding things like storyline, voiceover etc.??
Can't make this up, my PC got fried yesterday on top of all this downward spiral going on.
Unbelievable how bad things got in just couple months, just have to believe better times are in the horizon where this nightmare is all sorted out
I'm currently waiting to be suspended from Youtube Partner Program for over half a year at this pace if everything goes well now.
B0atyClips next appeal: November 23, 2026
Josh Strife Says next appeal: January 10, 2027
So if things would clear, it would mean it would've been 234days of being suspended from YPP.
