A prominent Democrat is breaking ranks on Rep. Ilhan Omar, saying the marriage fraud allegation against her is "almost certainly true" and warning his own party to stop dismissing it as a right-wing conspiracy.
Joe Radinovich, a former Minnesota state representative and well-connected DFL operative, went further — cautioning Democrats to be "very, very careful" about defending Omar's finances, saying "any objective look at the evidence doesn't look...great."

Democrats should understand that the allegation is almost certainly true—whatever conclusion they draw from that point could vary—and her denials calling it a right-wing, Islamophobic or racist conspiracy are almost certainly not.

A Trump-appointed federal judge has been ordered to undergo a psychiatric examination after she berated a Latino attorney in open court, calling him a "White savior" intimidated by "Black excellence" due to his "White mediocrity."
U.S. District Judge Ada Brown of the Northern District of Texas was temporarily removed from her docket by the Fifth Circuit Judicial Council following a misconduct complaint filed by attorney Ezra Young. The hearing transcript reveals Brown repeatedly attacked Young's skin color, called him a "Chad" and a "Main Character," and mocked him as a white man who "loves to help Black people be an ally" — all while Young told the court he is Latino.
Brown has stood by her conduct, writing in a July filing that she does not believe her demeanor "was inappropriate at any time, especially during the candid conversations about race."

TRENTON VOTED NO ON TELLING ICE ABOUT CONVICTED RAPISTS.
New Jersey Democrats had a chance this year to require police to notify ICE when an illegal alien is convicted of murder, rape or human trafficking. They voted it down. Then they passed a law telling federal officers what they can wear, which is meaningless because the 9th Circuit already ruled but @njassemblydems pushed it anyway.
Now their House candidates are promising subpoenas and hearings on ICE.
But meanwhile, In Jackson this summer, a 9-month-old boy was killed in a grocery store parking lot.
The woman charged with manslaughter came here illegally, never had a license, and already had a removal order. The woman who owned the car had been thrown out of this country five times and still got a New Jersey driver’s license.
That baby is dead. Trenton’s priority this year was a law limiting how much New Jersey police can help ICE.

Freeze every illegal alien’s bank accounts. Seize their debit and credit cards. Place liens on any real estate they own. Give them 30 days to leave the country. If they go, the money gets wired to them. If they stay, they are locked out of the U.S. financial system entirely.
Fishback’s point is straightforward. The government already knows who is here illegally. Make it impossible for them to function financially and most will choose to leave on their own rather than live without access to banking, cards, or assets.
Cut off the money, the benefits, and the ability to maintain a bank account, and daily life becomes unsustainable. That pressure alone drives people out without needing door-to-door enforcement for every case.
