DEAR BIAFRANS, SIMON EKPA RELEASE AS AN AFRICAN ELDER, I APPEAL TO ALL BIAFRANS TO PREPARE THE HOME COMING WITH HIGH CAUTION As an African elder, I am deeply concerned by the disturbing fireworks of social media statements, accusations and counter-accusations flying left, right and centre. Please remember that the enemies are watching. Those in Finland and Nigeria who never wanted Simon Ekpa to be released are certainly not happy with the progress that we made in the case . With an extra journey to clear his name when he is out .So prepare with decorum. As members of the International voluntary legal support team, I appeal to everyone to exercise restraint and avoid statements that could create the impression that Simon will resume where he left off. There are no conditions on his release so dont create new ones please-I beg you all !! Let us not celebrate victory before we have crossed the finishing line.Let all of us ve in PRAYER until we have him in our hands . I respectfully ask all Biafrans to remain calm, disciplined and united until the day we see Simon Ekpa out of prison. Once that day arrives, there will be time to discuss who did what, who contributed what, and who deserves recognition. There will also be time to settle disagreements and clarify misunderstandings. Please I beg you again my fellow Africans . For now, our priority must be clear: Simon’s freedom, his welfare and the successful conclusion of this chapter. As an African elder, I remind you of a proverb that carries a profound lesson: “The pot that carries water breaks near the door, after you have walked a long distance from the well with the water on your head.” Do not let our efforts collapse when we are so close to the destination. We have travelled a long and difficult road; let us not allow unnecessary arguments, personal rivalries and public disagreements to undermine the work already done. I therefore appeal to all Biafrans, supporters and members of the voluntary legal team: exercise restraint, avoid provocative exchanges, protect the integrity of the process, and put the collective interest above personal differences. As elders, we must know when to speak and when silence serves a greater purpose. Wisdom demands patience, especially when the stakes are high. The time for accountability and clarification will come. For now, let us stand together in dignity, patience and unity. Do not allow disagreements among ourselves to become a weapon in the hands of those who oppose our cause. Let us finish the journey before we begin arguing about who carried the load. THANKS VOLUNTARY INTERNATIONAL LEGAL TEAM 28.10.2026 LONDON UK🇬🇧

Russia-Africa Summit 2026 : President Putin paid tribute to Thomas Sankara during his speech today in Moscow, by saying: I would like to recall the words of the great son of the Burkinabe people, Chairman of the Revolutionary Council and first President of Burkina Faso, Thomas Sankara. He said: "Debt is neo-colonialism, in which colonizers transformed themselves into “technical assistants”. Under its current form, that is imperialism-controlled, debt is a cleverly managed re-conquest of Africa, aiming at subjugating its growth and development through foreign rules." He added: these words were spoken not so long ago, though not yesterday either – back in 1987. Unfortunately, little has changed since then. Thank you president Putin, for saying it the way it is.

Burkina Faso President Ibrâhim Traore says: “ I am NOT a politician so I will tell you the Truth . Everyday we see politicians with multiple cars , they eat and dress good . They eat in the morning and evening while millions of people out there have no food . Go to the villages and see how women are suffering. We have families that can’t afford anything . There is a problem if we have people enjoying while others are suffering. Yes we are fixing a lot of things but it is not enough . We must make sure that in Bukina Faso everyone is OKAY. “

From an African perspective, the unrest is France must be a welcomed news. For years, France has been supporting the unrest in the Sahel region, providing weapons and supports. Now that France is busy with its own issue, it is unlikely to focus on Africa, when its hands are full.

MY BIRTHDAY- 22ND OCTOBER 🙏 A NEW YEAR OF LIFE, FAITH, REFLECTION AND PURPOSE Today, as I celebrate my birthday, I thank Almighty God for the gift of life, the challenges I have overcome, the lessons I have learned, and the opportunities He continues to give me to serve humanity and Africa. The Bible reminds us that God does not want us to live in fear. Although fear is the opposite of faith, there are moments when fear becomes a wake-up call, compelling us to examine our faults, acknowledge our failures, seek forgiveness, and make things right. In Genesis 32:6–8, Jacob was terrified when he learned that his brother Esau was approaching with 400 men. Yet, through prayer, humility, and a willingness to seek reconciliation, Jacob prepared to face his past. God worked in the hearts of both brothers, and the encounter that Jacob feared became an opportunity for forgiveness and peace. As I mark another year of life, I am reminded that we must never allow fear to control our destiny. Instead, we should turn our fears over to God, learn from our mistakes, reconcile where possible, forgive those who have wronged us, and have the courage to correct what we can. My birthday prayer is simple: Lord, give me the wisdom to understand Your purpose, the courage to face my challenges, the humility to acknowledge my shortcomings, and the strength to continue serving humanity with integrity. Guide my steps, protect my loved ones, and help me use the years ahead to promote peace, justice, reconciliation, and unity across Africa. As Proverbs 3:5–6 reminds us, let us trust in the Lord with all our hearts and acknowledge Him in all our ways. I enter this new year of my life with gratitude, renewed faith, and hope for the future. HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO ME! May the years ahead bring greater wisdom, peace, good health, and fulfilment of God’s purpose in my life. ~Dr. David Nyekorach-Matsanga

“Nnamdi Kanu was not tried. He was ambushed in a courtroom, and sent to prison. Guess what? The next day, they took him to Sokoto prison, to please their masters there. There are prisons all over this country. They would have taken him to Ondo State, Okitipupa prison is there. Why Sokoto? Because they want to say, here we have delivered your enemy to you, the man who is against your real estate, Nigeria.” - Omoyele Sowore, 19th October 2026.

Britain’s handling of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu’s case stands in stark contrast to its own record of protecting its citizens and residents subjected to extraordinary rendition. When Mazi Kanu, a British national, was abducted in Kenya in June 2021 and extraordinarily rendered to Nigeria, Britain could have deployed the same diplomatic channels it has used before to block his trial and compel Nigeria to return him to Kenya or even the UK. Binyam Mohamed, a UK resident rendered to Guantánamo Bay after torture in Morocco, was brought home in 2009 after sustained Foreign Office negotiations with the US. Bisher al-Rawi and Jamil el-Banna, British residents rendered to Guantánamo, were released and returned to the UK following years of FCO discussions with US authorities. Even the botched extraordinary rendition of Umaru Dikko by Nigeria in 1984 drew the fiercest diplomatic response from Britain, to the point that Dikko was never tried in Nigeria, and Nigeria’s relations with Britain suffered severe setbacks. More recently, Alaa Abd el-Fattah, a British-Egyptian dual national, was freed from Egyptian detention and returned to the UK after “intense diplomatic efforts” by London, with the Prime Minister personally prioritising his case. In each instance, Britain treated rendition and unlawful detention of its own as a diplomatic priority—pressing allies, tying cooperation to consular outcomes, and securing repatriation. Mazi Kanu’s case demanded no less. Instead, the UK offered only minimal consular visits while Nigeria pressed ahead with a trial that both the Nigerian Court of Appeal, a Kenyan High Court, and United Nations have condemned as rooted in an unlawful rendition. Thus, diplomatic pressure of the kind applied for Mohamed, al-Rawi, el-Banna and Abd el-Fattah could have been used to insist that Nigeria halt the trial and return Mazi Kanu to Kenya or Britain. The tools existed, but the diplomatic clout was lacking. Why?

DO YOU KNOW that Britain played a key role in the amphibious invasion of Calabar in October 1967. Recently declassified documents reveal that Britain covertly supplied Nigeria with the critical military hardware needed to enforce blockade of Biafra and execute the seaboard invasion. These included: * Naval Support: Britain supplied the Nigerian Navy with patrol boats and ammunition that helped secure the waters and blockade the Biafran coast, setting the stage for the Calabar assault. * Massive Arms Supply: The British government secretly shipped millions of rounds of ammunition, machine guns, and artillery to ensure the Federal troops were heavily armed. * Diplomatic and Strategic Backing: British officials openly supported Nigerian unity to protect UK oil investments (specifically Shell-BP facilities), and British Royal Air Force (RAF) officers were deployed to advise the Nigerian military on air strategies during the wider conflict. So, Biafra was not fighting only Nigeria; it was also fighting Britain, a world power.

U.S. 🇺🇸 Congressman James P. McGovern has urged Secretary of State Marco Rubio to impose new economic sanctions on Burkina Faso 🇧🇫, Mali 🇲🇱, and Niger 🇳🇪, accusing their governments of human rights abuses. This from a Democrat, and from a US that propose to livestream the execution of a human being? Give me a break. The move comes as the Alliance of Sahel States (AES) pursues greater sovereignty, takes control of strategic natural resources, ends French military presence, and invests in national development. Western sanctions are a form of economic warfare that harms ordinary citizens while putting pressure on governments that challenge foreign influence. All the Sanction they imposed on Burkina Faso has failed. The more sanctions they imposed the higer the growth rate of the Burkinabe economy. The new strategy is to befriend Burkina Faso.

IF losing Burkina Faso 🇧🇫, Niger 🇳🇪 and Mali 🇲🇱 and their natural resources, especially rare earth metals and precious minerals did this, imagine how bad things will get for France if all remaining ECOWAS nations grow a spine and get rid of France... while France was being burnt down, macron was at a Celine Dion concert yesterday, dancing.

Captain Ibrahim Traoré stood before his nation and spoke a truth that had been buried for over a thousand years. He named the Arab slave trade. Not in whispers. Not in academic papers. But in a televised address, to a country that is overwhelmingly Muslim. "The people came, first the Arab-Muslim conquests. That is over a thousand years of slavery in Africa," he said. He spoke of men castrated so they could not father children. He named the year 1962, when the last slave market closed in Medina. He refused to let silence protect a historical crime. This was not an attack on Islam. Traoré is a Muslim himself. This was an act of reckoning. He was saying what the entire continent had been afraid to say: that Africa was enslaved by two systems, and only one of them is allowed to be remembered. The West's crime is taught in schools. The East's crime is erased. The reaction was swift and fierce. Gulf states condemned him. Some clerics called it Islamophobic. But Traoré pressed forward. He announced that Burkina Faso would recall hundreds of students studying Sharia law abroad, warning that some returned with teachings incompatible with national unity. He declared the state secular, and no religious law—Islamic or otherwise—would govern it. Why does this matter? Because the Sahel is burning. Jihadist groups are recruiting with a distorted version of faith, and that distortion has been imported and funded from outside Africa for centuries. By naming the Arab slave trade, Traoré severed the spiritual authority that foreign clerics have held over African Muslims. He asked a question that should echo across the continent: "Are we cursed?" His answer was no. Africa was not cursed. Africa was conquered, colonized, and enslaved by two different powers. And the only way to break free is to name it, teach it, and refuse to let it be silenced.

Dear Followers , I have always stood by the truth and my facts have never gone in disarray. Watch this space ! A FROG DOES NOT JUMP OUT OF THE POND DURING THE DAYTIME WITHOUT A REASON. THERE MUST BE SOMETHING CHASING IT FROM THE BOTTOM OF THE POND. ACCORDING TO ME THE DEEPER MEANING OF THIS WISDOM IS AS FOLLOWS In life, people do not always abandon places, positions, relationships, friendships, or powerful institutions without a reason. Sometimes, what appears to be a sudden decision is actually the result of pressure that has been building beneath the surface for a long time. When you see a frog suddenly jump out of a pond in broad daylight, do not simply ask why it has jumped. Ask yourself what might have frightened it beneath the water. The same principle applies to human beings. When a leader suddenly changes position, a trusted ally walks away, a political figure abandons a strategy, or a long-standing relationship collapses, there may be a story behind the action that the public does not yet know. I ASK MY FOLLOWERS NEVER TO CONFUSE THE ACTION YOU SEE WITH THE CAUSE YOU CANNOT SEE. However, wisdom also teaches us not to mistake suspicion for evidence. The frog may be escaping danger, searching for food, or responding to a changing environment. We must look carefully before reaching a conclusion. In politics, diplomacy, business, and personal relationships, the most important developments often begin quietly, long before they become visible to the world. Some people leave because they are afraid. Others leave because they have discovered the truth. Some leave because they see danger approaching, while others leave because they know something that has not yet become public. Therefore, when someone makes an unexpected move, do not rush to condemn them, celebrate their departure, or assume you understand their motives. OBSERVE THE MOVE. STUDY THE CIRCUMSTANCES. INVESTIGATE THE PRESSURES. THEN DRAW YOUR CONCLUSIONS. Remember: the frog may be visible above the water, but the force that made it jump may remain hidden beneath the surface. LIFE’S LESSON: Sometimes, the departure is not the real story. The real story is what made staying impossible. ~Dr. David Nyekorach-Matsanga

*They make us believe that Niger is a country where misery flows abundantly. But nature has decided to break its silence to prove to the whole world that Niger is not a miserable country. On the contrary, it is rich! Here is an oil and gas eruption in Niger. This is proof that the subsoil of AES countries is rich in natural resources. The war that has been imposed on us is a strategy of exploitation but we will come out of it stronger. ✊*AES we are the bearers of the flag long live the father of the re-foundation baba Tchani divine protection to you long live AES

RED FLAG LAWS “Our position as international legal law experts is that the Finnish authorities should have issued an alert earlier, from 2016, to help prevent violence in Southeastern Nigeria (Biafra), when the Nigerian Army started killing innocent Biafrans. They ignored human rights concerns despite reports from human rights agencies. The relevant position, therefore, is that they failed to alert the world and to use available, lawful preventive powers from 2016 onwards, despite having sufficient evidence of a foreseeable risk” ~ Dr. David Nyekorach-Matsanga Pan African Forum Ltd & Associates
