Pretty sure it's indicative of White liberal voters in St. Joseph literally across the river being enthusiastic about Abdul.
Benton Harbor is working class & probably is apathetic to politicians but it doesn't mean they're voting for Rogers obviously. It is a 92% Kamala/7% Trump city
