The UK Parliament’s “sub judice” rule is a resolution the House of Commons adopted in 2001 (not legislation) that bars MPs from referring to active court cases — criminal, civil, inquests or tribunals — in questions, motions or debates in the Chamber, Westminster Hall or committees. Its purpose is to keep a clean separation between Parliament and the courts, so MPs don’t prejudice a trial or turn the House into a forum for deciding cases.

My cell is infested with cockroaches and ants. I kill all roaches. Ants I leave alone, I like their teamwork. Unless they’re walking on the walls then I kill them. I don’t like show-offs.

Me being in prison serves absolutely nobody. The USA could easily let me go through my extradition hearing from house arrest. It is insane a foreign country can make demands to the USA “We heard he harmed somebody 16 years ago lock him up!”. “Also, we won’t tell you who said it”. IF they need a hostage they should keep me and let my brother go so he can spend Thanksgiving and his birthday with his children. This is a REAL request @TheJusticeDept. Free Andrew and keep me in prison. I am tired of watching psychopaths do this to him.
Anything to put me back in jail … Anything besides giving me a trial and finding me guilty of a crime. Anything BUT that. Why has this been allowed to happen? It’s been two fucking years. This is abuse.

Everyone at the top has had their future secured so they keep pushing to the masses that everything is going great knowing it’s all going to shit. They couldn’t care less what you, your family or your businesses are about to go through.

On 17 July 2026, Tristan and I were in Washington, D.C. having spent the preceding days meeting with more than 100 people within and connected to the U.S. political system. Our conversations focused on mobilizing young people ahead of the midterm elections and the influence of independent cultural figures over a generation traditional politicians have failed to reach. That same day, whilst Labour announced Andy Burnham as its new leader, I flew to Miami to host a boxing event with Jon Jones. The next day, Tristan and I were arrested under provisional extradition warrants, before any substantive evidence had been presented to the US court. I have now spent 109 days in solitary confinement. I publicly supported Donald Trump in 2016, 2020 and 2024, playing what many people consider a meaningful role in the cultural shift behind his return to the White House. Even Kamala Harris has discussed my electoral influence in her autobiography. People like Charlie Kirk and I challenged political orthodoxy and reached young men whom the establishment had abandoned. I was doing the same in Britain, challenging Labour over grooming gangs, mass immigration and freedom of speech, while supporting the movements around Reform UK and Restore. Now consider the extraordinary coincidence: two brothers, different complainants, different allegations, different dates and separate investigations, yet extradition warrants issued simultaneously and both arrested together. The political interference was obvious with MPs openly calling for action against us for our online speech. The coordination and timing are blatantly a politically motivated attempt to silence me ahead of the US midterms and during a critical period in British politics. Tommy Robinson faces criminal proceedings. Nigel Farage and Reform UK face investigations and scrutiny. Meanwhile, I remain in solitary confinement. This is a perfect example of the treatment of political dissent under the Labour Party. This is bigger than me. What happens when somebody challenges powerful institutions and accepts the risks of speaking freely, only to find that those who benefited from their courage are unwilling to defend their basic rights? Last night's election results should prompt serious reflection about what happens when political parties lose the trust of their own supporters. Every young person considering speaking publicly is watching. If controversy means abandonment, why should they believe that institutions promising freedom will defend their rights when it matters? I receive thousands of messages asking precisely that question. I have spent 109 days fighting for my liberty due to political interference by a Labour government whose actions I have repeatedly challenged. You cannot claim to defend freedom while treating the freedom of controversial people as expendable.

The words you say to yourself can help you practice a kinder way of thinking. A better way of feeling. One kind thought can change how you feel right away, other's take time. You might say, “I can learn,” and still feel unsure. You might say, “I am worthy of love,” and still find it hard to believe. That does not mean you have failed. Your brain can learn and change with practice. Repetition is king. This ability has a big name: neuroplasticity. Think of learning to ride a bike. At first, each move takes thought. With practice, some parts become easier. Learning a new way to speak to yourself can take practice too. An affirmation is a short phrase that helps you do this. “I can take one small step.” “I can make a mistake and still grow.” “I am learning to trust myself.” These words give you something kind to return to when doubt feels loud. You can also give those words a small action. When you say, “I can take one small step,” you can try one thing you have been putting off. That step gives you a real moment to look back on. You tried. You learned. You gave yourself a chance. You do not have to feel happy all day to speak kindly to yourself. You can have a hard day and still choose words that help you through it. What if you gave yourself the same care you would give someone you love? What words would you want yourself to hear today?
