I gotta be honest. I’m starting to lose my respect for Mike Macdonald. He knows what the issues are. He knows where the deficiencies are. He’s got the authority to make hard decisions and changes, but the way I see him at the podium week after week especially after the losses, just makes me think he’s not the same guy he was when he first got here. Right now, there are coaches on this team that will drag us down to the bottom of the division and we will be lucky to win 7-8 games. Right now there are players on this roster who shouldn’t be on the roster anymore and he and John failed miserably to address the pass rush. I complained when I saw that Lawrence, Fowler, Hall, and Nwosu was the best we could do. Also going with a first time caller when you’re trying to win SBs now was Mike’s biggest mistake. Where’s that guy who walked into the building and players feared and respected cause they knew Mike wasn’t as lenient as Pete Carroll?. Where’s that guy that once showed us he had a pair on him to make hard decisions immediately?. If something doesn’t change, I’m sorry 12s, but we might be looking at Pete Carroll 2.0; a guy who got comfortable. Who got complacent and who forgot this ain’t a place for best friends or buddies. This is a business. SB windows don’t and never stay open for very long. Just hope he realizes the NFL clearly stands for “NOT FOR LONG”. He’s here now. Will he be here 2 years from now?. I don’t know that….
