New AI iOS dev flow: - blab to Fable for 10 minutes about the app you want to build - use Claude design to create the screens then pull into the repo - use /goal and ultracode to build the app end to end with Sonnet 5 and Opus - use loops to automate testing and validate every step of your app is green - have codex use publish the app to the all store - do all future development on your phone and touch grass.
Claude Code on desktop now works with the iOS simulator. Build and run your iOS app, and the simulator opens in a panel right next to your conversation. Available today in public beta.

In 10 years most homes will have switched to induction so this won't be a real thing. 90% of gas related costs won't exist
I think in 10 or 20 years the kitchen and living room combo layout will have disappeared from most homes Cooking is the primary source of indoor air pollution and you're essentially releasing microscopic toxic gases into your living room and the rest of your house On top of that 99% of kitchen vents don't do anything That is, unless we invent some better air cleaning system for kitchens that actually work

Only thing I've seen that is succeeding at this with multimodel support is @vercel Eve. Using it for my company and it's great but still rough around the edges for a turnkey solution. Feels like v2 if OpenClaw
Okay I’ll say it: it’s shocking how little multiplayer AI exists right now. Claude Tag, great. Connecting Instincts, great. But where is the model fusion. Where is the proxy meeting room. Where is the cross-team + AI workforce boardroom. How is this massive global earth-shattering business-changing revolution still so painfully individually oriented?

Tip #11 is everything
My quick takeaways on the Anthropic S-1: 1. This is a historical moment 2. $6.6M in revenue per employee!! Hard to even comprehend how good that is but Anthropic is AI native as it gets so makes sense. 3. I always thought OpenAI would drop their S-1 first 4. Customers spend about 9x more after a year. Net Revenue Retention is approximately 900% as of Sep 30, 2026. Good SaaS companies brag about 120%. 5. Cowork is growing faster than Claude Code did. Goes to show you the demand for consumer products. Duo will probably rip. 6. 3 years ago this company did $41M in revenue. In the first six months of 2026, it did $16.3 billion. I don't think anyone has a mental model for that curve yet, I sure don’t. 7. Nearly half of revenue comes through cloud marketplaces. About 48% comes from customers buying through them. Big companies buy where their budget already lives, and the lesson for founders selling to enterprises is to get listed where your buyers already spend. 8. Their run rate formula is published: the last 28 days of usage times 13, plus subscriptions times 12, which i guess is the new ARR math for founders? 9. It looks like They're merging Cowork into Claude dot au which tells you the chat box era is ending and the "go do the work for me" era is here. 10. Thousands of Anthropic employees are about to become liquid at once, so expect the biggest wave of new AI startups and angel checks San Francisco has ever seen. Reminds me when Facebook went public but this is way bigger. Let’s go! 11. Buried in the filing, Anthropic says the gap between what Claude can do and how widely it's used is one of its biggest growth opportunities, so the company itself is telling you the models are ahead of the market and someone has to close that gap for dentists, landlords, and plumbers. 12. Whatever happens, exciting times to be building in AI.

I've been hoarding website-building resources from my X bookmarks and GitHub stars for months. Cleaned the pile up into one page with 87 tools, grouped by what you need mid-build. A few I'd start with: - Supahero for 1,000+ real hero sections - Kinetics for spring animations that each ship with an AI prompt - designmd.sh for DESIGN.md files your coding agent can read - Motion Prompt for the actual names of the moves you want Claude Code to build - Uncommon Web for 425 weird libraries when your site looks like every other shadcn build - I'll continue to build this out - I need to follow @thekitze's playbook and make this rss and LLM.txt so agents can easily read it. No more /goal or plan mode. This just happened to me. During a /goal Claude said it went off on a side quest and chose a platform I hadn't used in over a year because it found it deep in my brain. Spent a lot of cycles fixing it.
Replying to @ForwardEditor
I noticed that whenever I use /goal, there’s a much higher chance of drifting because the agents would do whatever it takes to pass the goal, and sometimes the goal may not be clear enough due to the assumption that the agent knows what to do based on exiting context.

Not sure the exact level of trickery and magic I used but this is the longest I've ever had a /goal run in Claude Code and I'm feeling super proud :D

Probably the best use case for the new ChatGPT plugins
Your cover letter is sitting in a pile with hundreds of PDFs. Send something they can actually watch. ChatGPT pulls the @indeed listing, and HeyGen MCP turns it into a video cover letter for that exact role, in your face and voice.

Please just ask your AI if choice to solve the problem. Told Claude I was going to bed and render anything I need to review on my phone. Claude said sure I'll just serve the storyboard and content you need to review on your Mac's wifi address so your phone can see it. 🤷🤯

Claude personal agents have entered the game! I'm ready for duet!
We’re opening a research preview of Claude Duet, a new app where Claude works as a proactive agent. It comes to you with what needs your attention, completes tasks you ask of it, keeps working when you step away, and checks with you before it acts on your behalf.

Been editing my TikToks this way since January. What I've learned and built along the way: - Have a decision model like @typesafeai Jev pick the retake winners from the transcript - every cut gets spliced as audio and re-transcribed before render, so no clipped words (this would happen a lot) - Apple Vision checks that no overlay touches my face (this also happened a lot, having "FOLLOW" on top of your eye looks bad) - a Sunday retro reads my numbers and feeds lessons back into the skills once they hold twice What I'm taking from @petergyang: - the frame-pinned review page. pointing at a frame beats describing it in chat with a screenshot or timestamp - card, number, and page scenes built straight from the edit file, so simple beats skip a custom build - phone-width page captures so screenshot text stays whole - your 1-2 second shot pacing, as a test against my own numbers first
AI has become amazing at video editing, but most people still don’t know where to start. Today, I’m introducing /video-short, a free AI skill that lets anyone turn a raw recording into a polished short. /video-short works with your favorite AI agent to add: → B-roll footage → Motion graphics → Captions → AI video and music It even comes with a simple review page to let you give feedback to AI on any frame until the short feels just right. 📌 Get /video-short for free on GitHub: github.com/petergyang/video-… If you find it useful, please ⭐ the repo so more people can find it. 📌 Watch my full tutorial on how to install and use the skill: youtu.be/NWll-9p84b4

Omfg this is almost as cringe as the @Lovesac drama with the guy on tiktok exposing their horrible shipping and unboxing process is and how they lashed out at him. Not good company to be in @denk_tweets
an excerpt from today's newsletter @marclou did I miss anything?

Not so friendly reminder: if the thought of Fable 5.5 coming out tomorrow makes you worried about your product or software, you are building against the closing AI gap and you'll get swallowed. I couldn't be more excited to start using Fable 5.5 and figuring out where it fits into what I'm building.

This is the such a good use case for Jev 1.14 I'm kicking myself for not building this too
I just built Computer Use that’s cheaper, faster, and acts like a human 🖥️ Powered by @typesafeai’s JEV 1.14, using the new Image/Box feature. It looks at the screen, decides what to do, then clicks and types like a real person. ⚡ Way cheaper than using an LLM 🧑 Acts like a human: sees the screen, picks an action, clicks or types it 📋 Full report of every step: the screenshot, the action it picked and why Demo: I told it to open Wikipedia, search for an article about aliens, copy the link, and post a tweet with the link and some text. - Cost: $0.0019 - Tokens: ~50,000 OPEN SOURCING SOON on my github 👀 (as always)
