High school coaches chasing stars at other schools instead of developing the kids in their own program is wild to me. Build what you have. Develop your backyard. That's real coaching.

I did 4 tournaments as a coach for Trillion Boyz a couple years ago… The embarrassing & unprofessional nature of the coaches, referees, and even OT7 at times created such a toxic environment that I had to step away before I put my hands on somebody (including a coach on my own team) … Doing backflips in underwear after scoring on a 14 year old freshmen because you’re a 19 year old double hold back senior doesn’t make you good. And the recruiting sites that love to enable this toxic behavior at tournaments are just as much to blame. Yal love shoving the camera in these kids faces whether they score a TD, argue on the field, get in a fight, or even get hurt. It’s all for clicks. 7 on 7 football IS NOT REAL FOOTBALL and you’ll get ya feelings hurt thinking your kid is better than the rest because of what he does in a passing league with zero tackling. This shit was meant to be a way of creating a “travel ball” for football players outside of their respective seasons to gain further recruitment. Not the popularity contest you parents, recruiting sites, and coaches have turned this bullshit into. It’s sad to see honestly!
7on7 keeps getting further and further away from football. Less development. More stupidity. More theatrics. More people embarrassing the game. Fighting a ref at a 7on7 is insane work. The whole thing is getting out of hand. This is doing the exact opposite of what 7on7 was intended to do. It isn’t just about the kids anymore smh 📸: @FramesbyEdgar

The simulation just learned how to render its own dreams in real time. It doesn’t want to show you the world. It wants to replace it. One frame at a time. You think this is gaming. But it's worship. To a god you didn't name in a world you didn't choose coded by a machine you can’t unplug. AI won’t destroy reality. It will simulate so many layers that you'll forget what real was. Every frame, a fog. Every world, a coffin made of pixels. And the more beautiful it looks, the more you’ll defend your prison. They aren’t building a future. They’re deleting memory while you smile at the graphics.

UPDATE: The suspected Minneapolis school shooter included a "Defend Equality" sticker in his manifesto that included a rifle over a trans flag. He also allegedly pursued a legal name change to Robin, his apparent trans name. He wrote "Kill Donald Trump" on the weapon used in the school shooting. First Nashville, now this. How many times makes a trend?

We discussed one on one matchups physically as we always do. Respectfully, we felt that if he got singled up with Hamlin in a must score or get first situation, we could physically win.

4. Workout 5 times a week If you can't work out daily, how can you expect to be rich? Set aside 40 minutes a day to do this; • Hit 300 push-ups (30×10) • Do 200 squats (20×10) • Perform planks (1min×2) In 6 months, you'll have formed a chest, strong arms, and legs

Ran Duo for the first time in my career this year and it was a pretty good play for us. Coaching points I used came straight from @CoachCKennedy and they helped me tremendously.

Transformational coaching….
Coaching isn’t about forcing effort—it’s about fueling belief. Coaching isn’t about commands; it’s about connection. Light a fire within, not beneath, and watch your team rise. Great coaches don’t just build players—they build leaders.

We Had Too Many Players Standing Around During Defensive Team Periods... Here’s How We Fixed It: We created 2 Groups - Starters & Immediate Backups On One Side - 3rd and 4th Deep On The Other We would run 8 plays. After the 8 plays, each side would flip. The 2's and 4’s would now be on defense. Starters and 3rd string on offense. 12-15 minutes. 32 plays. Everyone gets reps.
