MRCD-FLN, the brainchild of rusesabagina, was behind the armed attacks in nyabimata and nyungwe forest in southern rwanda, which claimed the lives of 9 people in 2018 and 2019. the youngest victim was just 13 years old. he is also an FDLR apologist, a revisionist, and a staunch

genocide denier. you look very cheerful sharing the same room with and meeting such despicable characters. for someone who prides herself on being a woman of substance and intellect, you're clearly working overtime to prove otherwise.

unlike kenya, burundi is culturally homogène. its people are not afraid to roll up their sleeves, and it had already tested what it meant to be a unified nation a 1000 years before your country even existed. it has simply been unlucky enough to be led by bloodthirsty buffoons
Some East African countries, like Burundi, may need more than 100 years to reach Kenya’s level of development.

over the last couple of years, which is what has been holding it back. the moment it gets its shit together, you'll only be able to catch a glimpse of it flying past you, while half of nairobi is still pooping in polythene bags and calling it gdp. and it will never look back.

Even after been to over 100 countries, I still get this excitement when I land in a new one. And Rwanda 🇷🇼 is not disappointing me. It’s a completely different Africa compared to what I have been exposed to in the past 18 years of my travelling and doing business on the continent.

📸 that made us question some of the "investments" we've been pushing forward lately, projects that increasingly read like money pits and financial black holes, until the énergumènes from the 4 corners of the cosmos hijacked the discourse, forcing a hasty u-turn to fend them off.

let me humour you: u're the very definition of a 🧼. then again, i wdn't expect someone like u to grasp the concept of a freshly squeezed lemonade, let alone one made with a medley of seasonal fruits. your understanding is about as slippery as every one of your bodily apertures.

Prigozhin at least led from the front. This thug would never... Europe 's 'action' got their romanians & french mercenaries lucky enough to be kindly escorted out to the airport .
Sanctioning Rwanda is an important step toward ending Kagame's brutal invasion of Congo. Europe's inaction on this subject risks damaging its already limited credibility on the world stage.

this is the same clown who was calling for africa to be recolonised on a podcast. now, on a gig with the 🇨🇩 govt, body bags are piling up as his mercenaries meet the same fate as the fdlr, fardc, wazalendo, and 🇧🇮 forces that chose to cross paths with m23. he is now calling on

A group of Nigerian classmates had a get together in Rwanda - and they had a swell time. With the rising nonsense of anti-immigration sentiment in the West, and the convoluted visa application process; it is better for Africans to spend their hard earned money, in Africa.

This vile “attack in a dark alley” comment trivializes the FDLR’s murderous actions, as well as the Rwandan and Congolese lives endangered by the genocidal FDLR. This is how lightly the DRC government treats its own financing and support of the militia, instead of honouring its commitment in the Washington Accords to neutralize the FDLR. DRC officials touring the world to sanitize the FDLR and blame Rwanda will not deliver peace.
Mr. Nagy, a threat, perceived or real, is not equivalent to thousands killed and millions displaced. When you served in government, would you have equated fear of an attack in a dark alley with decades of violence, rape and forced displacement? “Sanction both sides” erases that distinction—and suggests Congolese lives count for less. They do not.

Forget the US-DRC partnership and Washington’s own reasons for insulating Tshisekedi and looking the other way on his (second) electoral coup for a moment It’s been abundantly clear that US officials don’t actually believe in the WPA as written. There’s no “harmonized” plan and “dual-sided” commitments. It’s “the FDLR and so-called security threats to Rwanda are a pretext for Kagame to steal minerals again” and “we can’t believe the Congolese actually agreed to this” It’s naive to think this admin is genuinely interested in seeing honored what the Angolans brokered and everybody agreed to This conflict has become a strategic contest between the US and Rwanda, not the DRC and Rwanda The immense pressure being put on Rwanda is what Washington would apply to an adversary challenging its stated (grand) strategic interests than a much smaller state engaged in a regional conflict in which the US is mediating as a “neutral arbiter” to “end the machete war,” as the president describes it
True, Andrew. But what is actually surprising is that when you read the Washington accords you would understand that this is a cynical move as those before it. The engagements are on both sides, u can’t pressure Rwanda to open up to existential threat. As neighbours I hope u…

i wd pretend not to understand why a mzungu is energetically shaking his booty for tshisekedi, but you, making it sound as though u're unaware of 🇨🇩 tutsi being barbecued, thousands being bombarded, their cattle being dismembered for fun, the fdlr being fully integrated into the
