I love that were 1st in the division but I’m more happy about the games above 500,if we can get to like 15-20 games above 500 that gives a cushion to go on a little losing spell but still stay afloat with ease in the playoff standings.The boys are playing well,haven’t peaked yet

I really hope vientos picks up where he left off, but I’m not expecting it. I just don’t want him striking out and grounding into double plays. Him in between Soto/lindor/alonso should help,if he hits 30+ homers we’re in great shape

Interesting you think he’s one of the greatest Mets of all time. He actually hasn’t done anything to support that. He hasn’t had an MVP type season he hasn’t carried the team on his back. He showed absolutely no leadership in the clubhouse. All he does is hit home runs that don’t matter a lot of timing games. Tell me at any point has he been better than Francisco Lindor?
I never said Pete is better than vladdy he’s not. But I would take Pete at 4-5 years 120-140 mil(a lot deferred) instead of vlad at god knows what price
