I view the point of crowdfunding as the means to produce a book for the customer, not to finance my life.
I’ve made nothing on KNEEL BEFORE DOOMFACE. Every penny has gone into the book, and to pay my collaborators.
The eventual goal is to build this property to a point where it IS profitable for me… but it’s a long-term play. Taking care of my crew and my customers will always be the priority.
