Some of it annoyed me as it was a bit too “I need to be married and have kids…” whilst other bits I was laughing out loud at the inner thoughts of the character. Nice, fun read if you read past the “things I need to have” and enjoy the anecdotes we’ve all lived through 👌🏼

I found if staff feel part of the journey they buy in more. When I stopped sitting with an iPad taking notes in lessons I saw things I’d have previously missed as I was too busy writing ✍️

#NewToSLTChat - I think observations need to be totally reframed, the narrative has to change from a critique of practice to learning from each other and use as a model of sharing good practice.
