Let’s get you caught up on the incident involving the Cuban commies at the United Nations yesterday.
A Cuban commie diplomat is on a flight back to Havana today after physically attacking an American staffer at the United Nations yesterday.
The confrontation erupted during the annual General Assembly debate on the U.S. embargo.
Ambassador Mike Waltz stood at the podium and exposed the Castro regime’s corruption while the Cuban people suffer blackouts, shortages, and repression.
He displayed photos of Fidel Castro’s Rolexes worth $40,000 (equal to 55 years of an average Cuban wage), current President Miguel Díaz-Canel in luxury watches, a massive Varadero beach compound, the family’s private island of Cayo Piedra with its marina, yacht, floating restaurant, and dolphin lagoon.
He also has a 50-meter yacht in the Mediterranean.
That’s how commies do it.
He also highlighted over 800 political prisoners still languishing in Cuban jails—artists, priests, students, and ordinary citizens jailed for demanding basic freedoms.
Cuban Foreign Minister Bruno Rodríguez Parrilla and his delegation banged desks, shouted points of order, and stormed the podium calling Waltz a liar.
Waltz, a 27-year Green Beret who could easily beat the bark off the entire delegation, refused to back down: “This isn’t Havana. Back up. I’m the representative of the United States of America. You cannot silence me.”
Off to the side, Cuban First Secretary Richard Tur de la Concepción tried to bully UN staff into cutting Waltz’s microphone.
When American spokesman J.P. Freire began filming, Tur shoved him, slapped at him, and tried to snatch the phone.
The White House responded simply: “Not in the United States of America.”
Waltz announced Sec Rubio had signed the expulsion papers.
“He’s gone. He is going to be on a plane to Havana within the next 24 hours. You lay a hand on an American here in the United States, President Trump, Secretary Rubio, and myself, we’re not going to stand for it.”
This is the difference. Under Trump, communist thugs who treat American soil like their island dictatorship get the boot the same day. No more weakness.

Update: The hearing in USA v. California is happening today in a Los Angeles courtroom at 1:00 PM. Currently, there are 106 filings / orders in this case. By my count there are 16 attorneys appearing, mostly from the State of CA, the ROV's office, or are their Amici Curie filers / Interveners.
This is for all the marbles folks. Will California be allowed to continue to count non-citizen mail in ballots?, even after they have been credibly shown to have non citizens on their rolls, received ballots and voting? Or will the Democrat Judge order CA to halt the counting of ballots and segregate those 20,000 or so that have been alleged by DOJ as non citizen ballots.

51 of those foreign-born individuals simply LIED on California's honor-system voter rolls by claiming they were born in America — and LA County took their word for it to smear the DOJ's investigation!
Out of the 200 names, USCIS found only 4 who might even have a derivative citizenship claim and 1 who is dead.
California's narrative just collapsed in federal court!

California admitted they do nothing to check the citizenship status of voters and will count the illegal ballots of noncitizens who vote. This is why we’re seeking an emergency order. We cannot allow California to dilute legal votes in the upcoming election.
Judge: You agree that if a non-citizen votes and we don’t stop it now, that vote will be counted, correct?

Yesterday, I was shopping at a local Goodwill with my teenage son, looking for a Halloween costume, when I was confronted by an angry man who recognized me from my reporting. Wait until you hear what he was mad about.
While my son was in the dressing room, this man approached me, got right in my face and said, “Oh, you’re that person that says kids are being transed in the schools. That’s a lie!”
He was raising his voice, getting increasingly aggressive and refusing to back off when I asked him to multiple times.
I immediately started calling for my teenage son, who happens to be a big football player because at this point, mama needed some backup.
My son came bursting out of the dressing room ready to protect his mama, and suddenly this coward wasn’t so brave anymore. The beta male made his way toward the exit while the entire store just stood there with their mouths open and staring.
For those who don’t know, I’ve written numerous pieces in the San Diego Union-Tribune and @iwfeatures about lawsuits challenging California’s policies regarding unlawful student “gender support plans” and schools deliberately changing student’s names and gender and deliberately hiding it from their parents.
This man was apparently so angry about my reporting that he thought it was perfectly acceptable to confront and intimidate a woman shopping with her child.
I’m not going to stop reporting on the indoctrination in California’s public schools because some angry man who thinks he can intimidate me.
And one more thing to beta males. You might want to think twice before confronting a mama whose teenage son is a defensive lineman and would anything to protect his mama.

ELECTION DAY IS NOVEMBER 3. THE CLOCK IS TICKING.
The Ninth Circuit held an extraordinary emergency hearing on SUNDAY evening as the Trump DOJ fights to stop California from counting ballots associated with roughly 20,000 people federal officials FLAGGED as potential noncitizens.
The DOJ wants those ballots set aside until citizenship is verified. California disputes the federal data and says the demand is legally improper and potentially impossible to execute without disrupting ballot processing.
And this is bigger than one lawsuit.
The DOJ has ALSO sent 48-hour demands to election officials in at least 18 California counties, seeking voter information and the segregation of disputed ballots, while warning of potential criminal consequences.
Two judges on the three-judge Ninth Circuit panel questioned the DOJ’s legal position - including whether the appeals court can intervene before the district judge rules and whether the requested order violates states’ constitutional authority over elections.
The panel promised a swift decision.
NOW WE NEED ACTIONABLE CLARITY.
The Ninth Circuit must decide whether to grant emergency relief or reject the DOJ’s appeal. Separately, the district court is scheduled to hear arguments October 27 on the underlying request to block counting the disputed ballots.
An emergency hearing on a SUNDAY is a clear sign the urgency is being recognized.
With Election Day just days away, these proceedings cannot become a slow-motion exercise in procedural delay.
If lawful action is warranted, there must be time to carry it out BEFORE the election - not after the ballots are counted and meaningful relief is impossible.
Eligible voters must be protected. Ineligible voters must be kept from voting. Eligibility in question must be verified. The courts must deliver timely decisions.
ELECTION VALIDITY MATTERS.
TIMING CAN’T DRIVE BAD DECISIONS OR IGNORING REQUIREMENTS, BUT THE CLOCK IS TICKING
