Ukraine did this after Cuba spent hundreds of millions of dollars treating thousands of sick Ukrainian children from Chernobyl. Cuba spent 20 years providing specialised care they couldn't afford in Ukraine. Ukraine paid nothing, voting to starve Cuba was their payment I guess.

It has been now over 15 years since Gaddafi was killed. There has not been a parliamentary election in over 12 years. There has never been a presidential election, having been delayed for almost 10 years. There is still no legal definition defining the powers of that presidency.

🇺🇦 BREAKING: Ukraine has all but run out of Patriot interceptors, leaving it largely unable to stop Russian ballistic missiles, according to the Washington Post and CNN.
"As of October 7th, there were only 10 missiles left; these were used up during the attacks. Currently, there are only a couple remaining," a Ukrainian official told the Post. A source told CNN that "almost all the ballistic missiles from the last strike were not intercepted," as Russian missiles hit three Kyiv power plants and energy sites in Kharkiv, killing four people.
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky told the Financial Times that when he asked for more air defenses, the US response was to weaken Starlink's service, according to CNN.

The only forces besieging Taiz are those entrenched within the city itself.
Ansar forces have repeatedly assured that all major arteries leading into and out of Taiz remain open to civilian traffic and the transport of goods. Even the ICRC was granted unrestricted access, provided the opposing side reciprocated. So far, it has not.
The Saudi-backed forces appear determined to ensure that civilians bear the heaviest burden of this battle. Utterly unacceptable.
