You have failed. @USEmbassySA
South Africa's agricultural exports to the U.S. dropped 28% in Q2 2026 amid diplomatic tensions and tariff shifts.
Despite this drop, overall agricultural exports rose 9.1% year-on-year, reaching $4.12 billion, and the sector maintained a $2.14 billion trade surplus.
Strong global performance was primarily driven by citrus and horticultural exports, even as U.S. trade became less reliable.
Exports to Asian and Middle Eastern markets surged, with Vietnam up 153%, Saudi Arabia 90%, and China 30% after China granted zero-tariff access.

I have just informed my colleagues that I will step down as @ECB President on 7 February 2027.
It has been a source of great pride to serve this institution.
I thank all of those who have supported me on this journey over the past seven years.

When I look at what's going on globally, I suspect that global capital might have given certain leaders a directive to destabilize their countries.
Ramaphosa, the ANC & the GNU seem hellbent on sparking a civil war in South Africa, on the excuse of anti-illegal immigration marches.
They are itching to have March & March, and other players start riots, so the army can be unleashed... which will spark a civil war.
It cannot be normal for a police minister to shut down marches instead of deporting illegal immigrants.
And for a president to dispense of R600mln to quell protesters against illegal immigrants, a defunct home affairs process, no borders & no plan to fix this.
Something really stinky is going on & I fucking hate it. And most ppl are not woke enough to actually analyze what's going on.
I also wish to revolt against a govt that hates its people, that is intentionally allowing an inflow of cheap foreign labour to satisfy capital while snubbing labour unions/laws, and to mimic the import of Indonesians, Malaysians, Indians & others when local Black folk didn't want to be exploited in the mines, on sugar cane farms, in factories & other spaces...
...but this... this is dangerous, and - like Covid - I actually think they want lives to be lost, properties to be destroy & instability... coz it may help them make lots of money, get military money in, tweak pharmaceutical laws, bend other laws, enact disaster management laws that suspend the Constitution, etc...
...I hate this govt. I hate global capitalists. And I hate how these guys fundamentally abhor & despise ordinary citizens. Something really feels off. Please stay woke. And please stay safe.
Belgium. France. Italy. Spain. Albania. Portugal. And other smaller demonstrations elsewhere.
Our South Africa. Fucked up country!!!
BREAKING NEWS: The three Ethiopian nationals who are accused of the attempted murder that led to riots and torching of cars and businesses in the Durban CBD three weeks ago have been freed on R5000 bail by the Durban Magistrate’s Court.
The State wanted them to remain behind bars, saying they are flight risks, but the defence disagreed. The State said they won’t be safe outside, but the defence argued that all three accused literally live minutes away from three police stations in the Durban CBD and their safety is guaranteed.
The Magistrate remarked that the three are asylum seekers and as such, they enjoy the same constitutional rights as South Africans and freed them on bail with stringent conditions.
Furthermore, the State tried to point out discrepancies in their passports and asylum documents, raising issues of possible fraud and corruption.
However, the State’s argument was watered down by evidence that was given by an immigration official who told the court that their systems have glitches and sometimes it loses records, hence they don’t have some of the information required for the court to take an informed decision - KZN Tonight Podcast

When will @boltapp be held accountable for these crimes? When will they screen these criminals from the system? Money is more important than the lives of black drivers that these greedy MFs constantly put in harms way!!!

The uncomfortable truth is that a government willing to deploy force against civilians has already decided the people are the problem, not the conditions. That’s not security. That’s a confession…..we are seeing tensions being harnessed for justification of force against innocent people. Clearly these terrorists who wilding machetes and guns. Have all the human rights to kill South Africans. The Government is threatening citizens in KZN alone why?

In the past couple of days I’ve seen some of the worst protests in some countries in Europe and guess what not a single one of those governments unleashed the Army on the Citizens, not a single one of them said people must never protest again, they also didn’t have the police wanting to shoot the protestors in order to stop them from protesting and ofcos no new Bill was introduced trying to intimidate and silence the citizens…‼️ Only in Africa, the continent of dictators will you ever see that!
Our country is under a Coup. Corrupt Politicians and Judges have decided to go against the People.
We just received court papers from the Minister of Police with instructions that we must be interdicted from Marching and we must not be allowed to organise a March, picket, motorcade or stage any of them, on top of that we must not go to a Home Affairs Department! On Friday we are in Court and we ask all Patriots who can make it to please support us against the Minister of Police and the President, that are abusing power and using the courts to strip us of our democratic right to Protest 🙏🏻🇿🇦
Lol @mmkubayi is you thick marking pen signature inspired by the orange man??? 🤣🤣🤣🤣 This explains A LOT!!!!
God will Punish @MYANC for this. And when that punishment comes, it will hurt badly!!! Their days are numbered!!!

Replying to @GovernmentZA
We cant allow the courts to alter the constitution to allow lawlessness and invasion. Courts must respect the citizens first and act respectful in accordance to the constitution not under external influence. Courts did us dirty here.

That cursed bastard with his seven aircraft carriers, a thousand 4th and 5th generation fighter jets, and fifty thousand soldiers in the Middle East is helpless and doesn't know what to do.
And this is the result of resistance.
