Bottom Line ..had s Congress approved a distibutio of any amount to the all citizens?? i keep getting messages from Win /Red that they are holding my chck and want info to send it. I have seen that Trump has asked whether I would acept a check to share proceeds of teh saving by Dodge.. but presume Congress needs to give approval. Will yiu please advise.. @SecScottBessent
