ICE rammed a U.S. citizen's car with his infant and toddler inside.
They detonated flash-bang grenades. Pointed assault rifles at the family. Filmed the whole thing and posted it online.
The man's name is Antonio Valdovinos. He's a carpenter. Born in Long Beach, California.
His crime? He attended an anti-ICE protest.
A federal judge later ruled the arrest was a "vindictive effort to impose extrajudicial punishment."
