I’ve been off the radar for a while, but with all that’s happening in our market, I need to say this - no skin or price drop is worth your life, or any action that harms yourself. Please, take care of yourself!
Some say people are stupid for putting too much into one bucket, like in our CS market, but it’s just not that simple for everyone.
I’ve already heard some really sad stories after the crash. So if you’re struggling or just need someone to talk to, PLEASE reach out - to someone close, or even to me. I mean that.
Those who know me know I’m damn serious about this. I’m ready to chat on Discord or wherever.
The CS community is more fragile than people might think - and yes, immature at times - but that’s also what makes it so special. It’s what made me fall in love with it.
Please stay safe, and if you can, try to see things from a positive angle. Look after your mates and pay it forward when you can.
For what it’s worth, I’m still long and Gaben will have to actually shut down trading for me to go anywhere!!

🚨 Community Feedback Needed! 🚨
Since Steam restricted APIs for third-party sites, we’ve had to rely on manual, trust-based processes for trades. This has made things harder for both us and our users.
Now, some sites are using Steam Access Tokens to automate trade flows, bringing back a smoother experience. We chose not to, as we felt it could hurt user trust and raise ethical concerns.
But if we did, we could restore the seamless experience from before May 2024.

A few thoughts on our recent launch of Pokémon on GamerPay..
So we’ve quietly dropped Pokémon into our universe. Now users can spend their balance on either CS2 skins or graded Pokémon cards. A massive milestone for us, and I couldn’t be prouder of what our small team has achieved!
A bit of context...
Since 2021, we’ve dreamed of building a platform that offers more than just one game’s collectibles. But we knew we had to gain traction in one game before tackling others. After empowering hundreds of thousands of gamers and handling nearly a million trades, we’re finally ready to broaden our vision.
And now, to be totally real with you... the CS side of things on GamerPay could use some extra love, and will get it. It’s been tough since Valve cut their APIs in April. But we’ve always wanted to create something bigger - something that stretches beyond Steam and doesn’t rely so heavily on Gaben and his minions😏
Why Pokémon?
We wanted a game with a thriving market. After many chats with developers and realizing how closed-off most games are, we turned our attention to TCGs. After surveying our users, we found 7% were into trading card games, and most of them were into Pokémon. The more we researched, the more we realized that a marketplace for graded cards could be game-changing.
So, with the same passion we have for helping CS lovers, we’re now helping TCG collectors trade their graded cards - starting with Pokémon!
I’m personally excited to dive into this new world, and I’ve already swapped some skins for awesome cards that I'm sure my son also will treasure when he’s older.

🚨UPDATE REGARDING MY BAN 🚨

In the past few days tried to reach out to @Steam support to understand what's the matter.
I have sent 3 tickets in total.
2 of them they pasted the same message and closed the ticket and in the 3rd one they told me all information was provided to me therefore the request is getting closed.
It is clearly seen in my messages that I'm ready to fully cooperate and provide any information they need from me to proof the ban was falsely put on my account.
Unfortunately without success... they didn't ask for any proof / information , not even pointed a specific deal which resulted in my ban.
All they say is that I have been reported by members of the steam community and they banned me.
Any help to bring more awareness to the case would be highly appreciated, even a simple retweet.
I don't think anyone deserves to be put in such situation and don't even get a clarification / cooperation from the support, not me nor any of my colleagues traders, who provide safe & reliable skin services to the whole Counter-Strike community.
@Steam @valvesoftware , please look into your tickets so we could clear up any misunderstandings, I'm ready to cooperate in any way needed.

GAMERPAY IS BACK.
We quietly rolled out GamerPay last week, relaunching with our new P2P system.
It’s been a wild few weeks, and wow, do we have some epic customers!
This past week has been a real learning curve. Our new P2P system is humming along nicely, having handled over 7000 trades!
We’re seeing some crazy high traffic and some high valued trades (huge thanks for your trust!), so please be a bit patient if you encounter any issues or disputes.
The system does require a bit more from both sellers and buyers, with a few manual steps here and there. So, we beefed up our team and put together a Dispute Squad to tackle any issues that might pop up!
Most issues between buyer and seller, however, are ironed out within 24 hours.
It’s no surprise that there’s a bit of a learning curve with this new system, and we’re all hands on deck to help out.
We’re obviously not stopping here. We’ll keep tweaking and improving our flows and tools.

Bigger update:
As you might already know, GamerPay has paused trading since last week after Valve decided to shut a range of technical solutions we (and other P2P marketplaces) were using to validate trades.
We have been working day, night and weekend to re-build how trading works on GamerPay and are excited to finally be able to share how the marketplace will work going forward 🎉
The new solution involves fewer steps for the buyer - and is stil easy for sellers - so we are looking a lot forward to going live!
Overall:
- We are continuing as a P2P marketplace with our safe escrow, middle-man, solution which is covered by our Money-Back Guarantee.
- That means you either get the item or your funds returned as a buyer - and as a seller either get paid or keep your item.
- We came into this world to solve that 46% report having been scammed. And as gamers we believe a P2P model, where you hold and play with your skins, is the right one!

Important update:
As we highlighted yesterday, we’re working hard on opening up again.
We have found a path forward that does not include making any invasive actions or put users’ accounts at risk.
However, that will also demand a far better internal operating process (fortunately something we have deep experience with). We will share more later in the coming week.
In the meantime, as GamerPay is not working, we feel it’s only fair to remove any potential constraints on users - and their funds.
Consequently, we now allow all users to withdraw their balance for FREE until the relaunch of GamerPay.

Update:
Valve has pushed several updates over the night that impacts the ability for most P2P markets to verify trades.
We're are continuously working hard on a solution, but have for now disabled the ability to purchase and list items.
Existing sales are kept open until we can verify the trades (either manually, or automatically again).
Rest assure, your money is is safe hands. So kindly be patient, as it will just take longer time for trades to be verified.
We'll keep you updated as the situation progresses.
