Nomenclature:
PL1 = sustained power limit (Long Duration)
PL2 = short turbo boost limit (Short Duration)
PL3 = transient / excursion limit
PL4 = instantaneous hard ceiling
IccMax / CPU Current Limit = max turbo current before current throttling
Recommended setup:
PL1 / PL2 / PL3 = 4095
PL4 = 1023
PL1 Time Window = 128
PL3 Duty Cycle = 25
PL3 Time Window = 64
CPU Current Limit = 512
ℹ️PL1 / PL2 are the main ones to tune.
⚠️ Maxing them out can increase temps, cause instability, or even prevent boot on some systems.

CS2 FPS steadily tanks during matches. Rapid ESC/TAB taps can trigger an endless Panorama UI loop that keeps eating more CPU every second. In 2-3 min, 200+ FPS drops to 30-40 while GPU sits at +-10%
