theres no access control at all.
IRP_MJ_CREATE auto-succeeds for every caller. no SeAccessCheck, no token check, no admin requirement. FILE_ANY_ACCESS on every IOCTL.
the dispatch jumps from IOCTL code straight to HalSetBusDataByOffset. nothing in between.
0 CVEs. not on any blocklist. 0/68 AV detections.

Massive vouch @LuSlower for this optimisation. He drastically improved my PC and helped me get excellent performance on CS2. Super helpful, very knowledgeable, and the follow-up was top tier. He also took the time to explain things clearly, which helped me understand a lot more.

Infinite loop in Panorama UI
Dear @CounterStrike❤️
CS2 FPS steadily tanks during matches. Rapid ESC/TAB taps can trigger an endless Panorama UI loop that keeps eating more CPU every second. In 2-3 min, 200+ FPS drops to 30-40 while GPU sits at +-10%
