200,916 @Brave Rewards Card waitlist signups. πŸ”₯ Waitlist signups have been open for a little over 2 months. The @AttentionToken $BAT Roadmap 4.0 is a game changer. Brave Rewards users will begin to earn everywhere, privately. User-first with continuous added value. Taking on the challenge of breaking through the crypto native bubble, into the next 20 million addressable users that have yet to be greeted with products and value they can practically use. BAT is no dinosaur. It's seasoned, tested and grown alongside the user-first product stack that +128 million monthly active users have moved with their feet to. Real product, used by real people. The work that the industry seems to do everything to avoid, has been where we've been fully committed. Solving hard problems = the @Brave Way. People balked at privacy in 2016. People balked at users earning with their attention in 2018. Tens of millions have participated in the Rewards utility. The biggest agencies and brands have flowed value through that utility. +2M creators verified to participate. Now, we're putting the ball in the home court, bringing user-first privacy and Rewards in at the transactional level for this new transactional web and attention economy. Bringing usable unified self-custody with crypto as a first-class citizen alongside debit/credit options with ease of use your neighbors can use. Transactional revenue toward buybacks for transactional rewards. Much more to do, and much ahead. 200K+ Rewards Card waitlist signups has exceeded expectations and signals a strong demand for the direction. Let's go.

yeah, no shit.
Hyrox athlete apologizes for pooping all over the floor during a competition in China. 24-year-old Joanna Wietrzyk had explosive diarrhea during a Hyrox competition, which smeared on equipment and caused athletes to slip and fall. Instead of taking herself out of the race, Wietrzyk decided to stay in the competition. She boasted about her win after the race, but she later deleted the post. "Go hard or go home, they say ... a win is a win," she said at the time. Wietrzyk now admits that finishing a race with poop streaming down your leg and making other athletes run through your diarrhea stench is probably not respectful to the other athletes.

Not surprising at all tbh.
DoorDash says they have only received "several hundred orders in total" from personal agents like Muse.

Cryptocurrency is like the technical heat shield for society. It’s a big pile of money that attackers will burn before they go after everything else we care about.

Loss might be a bit higher than that, but will cover. πŸ™
Binance has 144bn of assets under custody, with USDT and USDC frozen the total loss now is around ~1bn, which is only 0.69% of their total assets under custody They'll cover it from balance sheet easily

"You're right, and I apologize for the strawman." "Honestly, I pattern matched... and preempted a critique you hadn't made." "No, you didn't, I did, and you're right to flag it. N.b.: large open weight model, not from US/woke owners. Clankers! Always Captain-Kirk-slap them.
All due to U.S. policy choices, ranging from the G-6 meeting in 1975 at ChΓ’teau de Rambouillet where Helmut Schmidt said that Asian labor was the future, up through MFN and then PNTR with China, effective in 2001. Oligarchs determined policy. See my Captain-Kirk'ing Ask Brave:

User funds are safe! It does look like a hack on Binance. Appreciate the quick freeze from Tether (~$971m) and Circle (~$823m). I don't manage Binance (.com) anymore, but as a shareholder, I expect all user funds will be fully covered.

HUGE UPDATE: CZ COMES OUT AND SAYS USER FUNDS ARE SAFE AND IT DOES LOOK LIKE A HACK. HE EXPECTS ALL USER FUNDS TO BE SAFE "AS A SHAREHOLDER" AND APPRECIATES THE QUICK FREEZE. ONE CAN ONLY IMPLY CZ WILL COVER THE HOLE.
BREAKING: Potential hack of Binance's hot wallets withdrawing nearly $2 billion to an address funded by Tornado Cash If no official comms from Binance, can expect this to be an exploit. Tx has below: 0x53bd38b816c23e74134786c29a8c18d792777998a3b9326047b583100e88e2f3

this time we're prepared. Solana Spaces theft prevention guards are coming. πŸ’‚
Royal Guards aren't supposed to move. Ours stepped off an AdPad listing to dance in the streets of London. @sidisgame sold a Royal Guard uniform as ad space, one logo at a time. Fully booked. We're on the back. See you at @Solana Breakpoint.

No, Hanlon does not suffice if you look at the whole system vs one dummy crying $37K iPhone if US-made. The system enriched the few smart-enough offshorers, at the expense of the many. Anyway, Covid shattered Hanlon's Razor. Stupid and Evil work together, as ever but moreso now.

People seem to forget that publishers figured out there's a higher lifetime value for subscribers than micropayments quite a while ago. Subscription revenue = more predictable, and compounds w/retained growth. The blocker with publisher micropayments hasn't been the tech, it's been the publisher economics. There's a graveyard of startups that have repeated the pattern.
With stablecoins and x402, businesses can accept usage-based micropayments, and reduce friction to checkout. E.g. you shouldn’t need a monthly subscription to read one article - your agent can just fetch it for you, and pay the business for that one article.

>optimize for end user experience. optimizing for developer experience is a mental illness Indeed πŸ’―πŸŽ―
if you’re making an app in 2026 it should ALWAYS use the native frameworks of each platform you’re targeting there’s no reason to use stuff like react native and electron anymore optimize for end user experience. optimizing for developer experience is a mental illness
