Yesterday’s workout.
Why are we not using this app as an accountability app?
freegym.ai
These cards make you log in every day, and that creates consistency.
You need to keep posting it every day.
For the last 10 days, I’ve been consistent with 1,500 to 2,000 calories. I’m trying to maintain the deficit, but I don’t want to undernourish myself.
So 2,000 calories hits a good spot where I’m hitting the gym 4 times a week and running 4 times a week, almost 8 workout sessions a week.

Another form check for bent over rows at freegym.ai
The positives:
1. Arms go all the way long at the bottom of each rep.
2. Back is steady.
Improvements:
1. Take more time to lower down the bar.

Ayush has progressed so quick.
Amazing improvement in form using freegym.ai computer vision model.
1. Controlled lowering of bar.
2. Hips don’t move as they did earlier.
Chest still comes up, when this happens the load is on your lower back and hips and less on upper back. Get rid of that and you’re sorted.

Eureka Engine @FreeGymAI caught my shoulder issue before I did.
Not a chatbot. A trainer, a nutritionist and a physio in one place, with a memory.

Rowing is one of the best exercises to build your back.
Don’t keep increasing the weight without knowing the right form. This will never help you get the back you desire.

Look at Rohan’s form:
Elbows start to bend and body leans back before the shoulder blades start working.
Points to improve on:
1. Sit tall, don’t lean back.
2. Take the handle with straight arms and
let the shoulder blades wrap forward.
3. With every pull squeeze your blades back and down.

No Indian VC has approached me about freegym.ai yet. We'll eventually become the biggest platform in this space.
Indian VCs are terrible at their own job.
They spend all day saying, “We bet on founders.”
Okay. Talk to me. You don’t have to think I’m a great founder. You might meet me and decide I’m an idiot.
UCLA Math-Econ. WTFund winner. Bootstrapped @referrush profitably while growing ~30% MoM in a massive market. Built it with my own money. Millions of organic impressions from my content. I play poker profitably at a high level. I build systems, sell, write, ship and allocate capital. I have ‘childhood trauma’
But if your entire business is finding exceptional founders before everyone else does, how have you not even tried to have a conversation with me?
Because Indian VC still has the power dynamic backwards.
They sit in their offices and wait for founders to come asking for money.
The best investors should be doing the opposite: relentlessly hunting interesting founders, building relationships years before they need capital, and earning the right to invest when they eventually do.
If you really “bet on founders,” you should be chasing founders.
Not waiting for them to chase you.

Most of the things are almost perfect.
- Depth is good
- Depth is same in almost every rep
- Hip at the level of knee
- Chest and hip rise together
Keep dumbbell close to chest for better balance
This exercise should be mandatory for everyone.
Let’s see what we can learn from Apurva’s Hip thrust form by @FreeGymAI
1. Don’t go past flat at the top - this makes your lower back take the load.
2. At the top squeeze your glutes and tuck in tail bone.
3. Keep your chin tucked in and eyes on front wall all time.
4. Keep sufficient distance between both feet.
5. Shin to be vertical at top, adjust feet distance from bench accordingly.
6. Take more time to lower down about 2-3 seconds.

A very effective yet tricky workout, sumo dead lift.
Most of us don’t pay attention to it.
Form check of Nithin on freegym.ai
Let’s see what we can improve:
1. Hips rise first and chest is still low by this time the legs are straight and all the load in on lower back.
Cue: Push the floor down with your feet and break the bar making sure your hips and chest rise together
2. A very interesting point is to engage your lats: pull your shoulder blades down and back and elbow pits forward
3. Third is a good and strong bracing.

I have personally struggled learning single arm rows.
Difficult to feel the muscles for beginners.
Let’s see what we can learn from Ayush’s form check at freegym.ai
1. At the top position arm going beyond the back. That a point where your lats get max engaged post that your neck muscles take over
2. Pull the dumbbell towards your waist rather than chest

In blr for an exam.
My friend wanted to go shopping so i accompanied her.
But what i realised shook me i am no more interested in clothes.
These clothes mean nothing if you are unfit.
Your lipid profile is deranged
You’re eating shit.
Your gut health is f*cked.
I love dressing up, wearing good clothes, smelling good. Yeah.
But the focus should be more on how you can make your body more functional and definitely look better.
Also this pricing is out of my understanding.
I’ll rather spend on quality whey, creatine, premium food.

I created the very first pitch deck for FreeGym on January 11, 2022, when FreeGym was just an idea.
From the very beginning, I envisioned FreeGym as a health and fitness platform that would be XR-based (AR/VR/MR) and AI-native. So you shouldn't be surprised that a lot of what we do exists in 3D. I've always been looking forward to this future.
I've been working with 3D for a decade now, and I'm still excited about the metaversal future, where most interactions will happen in mixed realities, combining the real and virtual worlds in interactive ways.
You'd be surprised if you read some of my write-ups from 2021 and 2022. I was already writing about a lot of things that are now becoming reality.
Note: Facebook neither invented the metaverse nor owns the concept. They just talked about it the most. I included Facebook's name in the pitch deck simply to make the concept easier for investors to understand. The metaverse is a broad, evolving concept, much like the internet itself.
