📢 Big day for us.
We’ve launched Eureka Engine’s website.
Not a flashy AI product page. We chose substance over spectacle.
We wanted the work to show: memory, reasoning, workflows, and safety checks.
One continuous chat forever.

Been told you're prediabetic?
Do you know where you actually sit in that range?
5.7 and 6.4 get the same label. But they are nowhere near the same situation.
I've explained it in this video.
Just made a new post in my community, The Complete Athlete. It's about strength, rate of force development, and power.
How many of you train all three? If you're aspiring to become a complete athlete, these are non-negotiable.
Join the community if you haven't already!

"Boost your mitochondria" has become a catchall phrase on social media, often used to sell something.
But it can mean different things, and no single test measures them all.
So how do you judge these claims?
I explain in my post on FreeGym.

A day will not pass without our @FreeGymAI users getting immense value on our platform.
Why did I say “immense” because no platform helps you correct your form with such detailed analysis.
This is just a feature of FreeGym, we are building more everyday.
Lat pull down breakdown.
Nikhil, also happens to be my client and will learn faster than most.
What you’re doing well: you lower the bar slowly, about two seconds every rep, twice as long as the pull, you pull all the way down every time, and your rhythm holds.
Two things to change:
- Your elbows start the pull. A third of a second after the top your elbows are already well bent, while the bar has barely moved. The first part of every rep is done by your arms.
- Your shoulders stay put. At the top you don’t let the bar lift your shoulders, and at the start you don’t draw them down - your upper back moves as one stiff block from top to bottom.
Letting the bar lift your shoulders at the top gives your lats their full stretch, so more of the muscle works on every rep.
Drawing the shoulders down first, arms still straight, hands the start of the pull to your back instead of your arms, and it’s the same strength every pull-up starts with, and what keeps your shoulders moving freely overhead.

Another form check for bent over rows at freegym.ai
The positives:
1. Arms go all the way long at the bottom of each rep.
2. Back is steady.
Improvements:
1. Take more time to lower down the bar.
Get your form checked on @FreeGymAI simply by uploading your video.

Ayush has progressed so quick.
Amazing improvement in form using freegym.ai computer vision model.
1. Controlled lowering of bar.
2. Hips don’t move as they did earlier.
Chest still comes up, when this happens the load is on your lower back and hips and less on upper back. Get rid of that and you’re sorted.
