I wanted to share something that’s very close to my heart.
My dad has always been one of the most giving people I know. Long before the Suntakul Foundation existed, giving back was simply part of the way he lived. I grew up watching him share what he had, support people, and help others without looking for recognition.
One thing he has always told me is:
“Always choose to be good and kind. Provide when you can, and be selfless.”
Those words, and the way he lives by them, have shaped me into the person I am today. He taught me that giving isn’t only about money. It’s about showing up, sharing opportunities, being there for people, and helping whenever you can.
I’m incredibly proud that he has now started the Suntakul Foundation , something he has dreamed about for a long time. I’m also grateful to be part of it and to continue learning from the example he has set throughout his life.
We’re beginning this journey with a combined contribution of US$3,000 to support communities affected by the recent floods in Nepal, alongside upcoming work in agriculture, education, and other community programs.
“If we truly understood the power of giving, we would never let an opportunity to share pass us by.” - Buddha
“No one has ever become poor by giving.” — Anne Frank

He sent $1,600 to the wrong person.
@TheJeremyHaynes on the $1,600:
“I sent this person $1,600. Staff said they didn’t get it. We call this random dude. I was like I just accidentally sent you 1,600 bucks. It feels like God wanted you to have this money. Don’t send it back. This guy starts crying. Bro I was just praying. I’m not going to be able to pay rent this month. This is the amount I need…”

Entrepreneurship isn’t for average people. It’s only for psychopaths. Because it’s one of the hardest games you can play. It’s also incredibly enjoyable when you win. Entrepreneurship is just extreme self-improvement in disguise. It forces you to have a bulletproof mindset. And it shows you what you can really do if you lock in and have extreme focus. It can be dull at times though. Even boring. You do the same habits every day and try to improve 0.1% on each metric to produce more money. The hardest part is sales and marketing because it’s uncomfortable. The discomfort is what most people avoid which is why they outsource their personal sales and marketing to an employer and collect a peanut salary. But if you can sit with the discomfort and learn to love it, you can sell anything to anyone. Everyone loves the idea of entrepreneurship, but very few will do what it takes to make it work. Because it takes everything to make anything in business happen. Everyone wants the million dollars per month but they don’t want the team or ad spend required to get them there. A business can only grow to the level of your mindset. If you think small, you’ll be a $50K a year business forever. If you can think big, you’ll inspire people and change the world in some small way. Everyone should try entrepreneurship at least once in their life to see what it’s like and experience the personal growth.
We’re entering a period where the ability to create is becoming radically more accessible.
What once required a studio, a large team, serious capital, and years of technical experience can increasingly begin with one person, one idea, and the right tools.
That changes filmmaking.
But it doesn’t change what makes something worth watching.
Taste still matters.
Story still matters.
Emotion still matters.
Direction still matters.
That’s the vision behind @On3filmscontest
Not to celebrate AI for the sake of AI, but to discover what people can create when technology removes more of the barriers between imagination and execution.
Different backgrounds. Different cultures. Different perspectives.
Local stories. Global impact.
Season 1 is the beginning.
I’m excited to see what creators around the world choose to make with this new creative freedom.
Story first. Technology with purpose.
My hot take: People rush into execution without spending enough time figuring out what they genuinely want.
Remember what you’re doing it all for.
Make sure the life you’re building doesn’t just look successful from the outside, but feels meaningful to your soul.
Speed means nothing if you’re running in the wrong direction.
Friends ask me how are you?
Well..still on the path of becoming the best version of myself, one day at a time, without sacrificing the happiness of being present in the life I already have.
Ambitious, but not attached.
Driven to achieve great things, but not craving them so deeply that I lose the present moment.
Always becoming, while remembering that I don’t have to wait for some future version of myself to feel whole.
Choosing to show up as my best self today.
The gap between who you are and who you want to become is often simpler than we make it:
A shift in mindset, and the discipline to execute without excuses.

Sunday Reflection.
11 sentences from Dr. Greg Schwartz stayed with me deeply today:
• Your romantic partner is a reflection of your own self-worth.
• Your bedtime indicates your level of commitment to your life goals.
• How you talk to yourself comes from your core subconscious beliefs.
• Your body shows how in touch with—and how in control of—your emotions you are.
• Your diet shows your level of commitment to your health.
• Your career is a reflection of how much you’re living in alignment with your purpose.
• How you respond when someone mistreats you shows your level of personal evolution. But if someone repeatedly mistreats you, it shows that you need better boundaries.
• Helping those in need shows compassion, but prioritizing the needs of others over your own becomes a people-pleasing strategy to prove your value, which ultimately depletes you.
• When you read more than you watch, your life starts to improve.
• When you write more than you read, your soul is finally expressing itself.
• When you choose the best that life has to offer, you’re living right. But when you create new, better choices for others, you become a world changer.
Your life reflects your standards, beliefs, boundaries, and daily choices.
It is easy to say what we value. The harder truth is that our habits reveal what we are genuinely committed to.
So today, try asking yourself:
Where am I truly living in alignment?
Where have I allowed my standards to slip?
What must change before another week begins?
