How $SIVE and @LioniX_Int hardware ends up inside the tech of $META and $GOOG.
For $META (via its upcoming Orion AR consumer glasses) and $GOOG (via its newly launched Android XR ecosystem), the ultimate goal is to replace the smartphone with lightweight glasses.
This requires revolutionary, ultra-compact optical projectors called RGB Light Engines that can beam holographic data directly onto the lenses.
$SIVE designs and manufactures high-brightness Indium Phosphide (InP) semiconductor laser diodes. LioniX acts as the open-access foundry that integrates these lasers into their proprietary TriPleX silicon nitride waveguides (photonic integrated circuits).
@LioniX_Int officially leads the European MatEl (Materials for Electronics)consortium, tasked with building the world's smallest integrated optical engine for AR glasses.
CREAL, a major holographic display developer, publicly announced the success of their sub-miniature AR chip, explicitly thanking LioniX for providing the underlying photonic integration.
Backed by the multi-billion-euro Dutch PhotonDelta ecosystem (where LioniX is a core member), a dedicated spin-off named Brilliance was created.
Brilliance uses @LioniX_Int s exact platform to mass-produce laser projection chips for smart glasses using a "flip-chip" assembly process.
The visible laser arrays feeding this production loop are sourced directly from $SIVE.
Because $META commands an estimated 80% market share in wearable smart glasses, and $GOOG is aggressively onboarding hardware partners for its AR
For AR Wearables: $META/ $GOOG → CREAL / Brilliance → LioniX International (Photonic Circuits) → $SIVE (Laser Licht Sources).
And you guys are bearish?
People are incredibly spoiled
Partly it’s $SIVE fault, imagine going up 2,500% in just a few months hahahha
But anyway, people need to understand what I’ve already explained in other posts
$SIVE will recover on random days because it’s a pre revenue company with a $1.3B MC
All the companies they compare it to, like $AAOI $LITE etc, are 5x, 10x, 20x, 50x larger and have been posting record revenues for several quarters
It’s normal to see so much volatility or disparity with the sector since, due to its size, a lot of the stock price is driven by sentiment
But that’s what we "risk" by being ahead of the curve
The 10x, 20x, 50x we are looking for long-term in $SIVE isn't easy, and it’s definitely not going to be a smooth, straight line
As I often say:
Being ahead of the curve usually feels like being behind it
We see companies like $AEHR up 31% $AAOI 11% $LITE 5%
And you think, "Wow, these guys with a much larger MC are up more than us?"
But on some random day, just like Serenity says, on the back of any piece of news, $SIVE can jump 50% and spend a week going up 10% daily
That is the asymmetry you "risk" by getting into $SIVE, and the one capable of delivering those crazy 10x, 20x, 50x returns
Long $SIVE

$SECZ ARK Blockchain & Fintech Innovation ETF $ARKF (one of Cathie Wood’s funds) bought >340K shares of @Securitize today. I’d flagged them as potential post-deSPAC buyers—they held privately pre-IPO. Great to see them adding!

In early 2024, the entire RWA market was at just $1.7B, and Securitize had only $100M in assets. Then BlackRock's BUIDL launched, and the entire industry went into overdrive. We crossed $1B in less than 6 months after BUIDL launched at the end of 2024. 18 months later, the industry is now at $34B, and Securitize has crossed the $5B AUM for the first time, a 5X growth and the first platform to reach that milestone. No other platform has crossed the $4B mark. We are the largest tokenization platform overall but also the largest in tokenized treasuries, representing $3.1B of our total AUM. Now onwards towards $10B!! Let's tokenize the world.

Morgan Stanley note on CPO today. Key participants include:
- $SIVE, $COHR, and $LITE in laser supply
- Broadcom and Nvidia in switch platforms
- Lightmatter, Ayar Labs, Marvell/Celestial, and POET in optical engines and photonics,
- $TSM, $GFS, and $TSEM in silicon photonics foundry capacity
I’ve covered all of these before, like Tower Semi.
But I’m especially happy that Morgan Stanley validated my research that $SIVE is one of the critical global players in CPO.
A small $1.5B laser company next to your two leading $60B+ companies…
If you also synthesize Rosenblatt Securities recent note that China laser suppliers were quite far from having CPO lasers.
This kinda magnifies importance of the three Western leaders of that laser chokepoint.

$SIVE - The investment case for $POET centers on its transition from a research and development firm into a commercial manufacturer.
For years, the company operated with minimal revenue while developing its chip-integration platform.
However, the company has secured a capital injection of approximately $400 million to fund its production scale-up, significantly reducing near-term insolvency risks.
$POET has built a commercial pipeline containing more than ten active customer engagements.
The most significant driver for the stock is its strategic supply agreement with Lumilens.
This contract begins with an initial order and carries a total potential value of over $500 million across five years.
$POET is currently installing $50 million worth of specialized manufacturing equipment, with automated mass production scheduled to begin in the second half of 2026. Management intends to scale manufacturing capacity to one million units per month by the end of 2027.
The physical production and distribution network operates across five distinct layers:
$SIVE Manufactures the foundational Indium Phosphide (InP) Distributed Feedback (DFB) laser arrays.
$POET Receives the laser arrays from $SIVE. Using its optical interposer platform, $POET mounts these lasers onto silicon wafers alongside electronic components using automated, passive alignment. $POET outputs a combined optical engine.
Foxconn FIT, LITEON, Luxshare-ICT Purchase the optical engines from $POET. They integrate these engines onto circuit boards and assemble them into standard, pluggable optical transceivers (rated at 800G and 1.6T speeds) or network switches.
$SMCI, $DELL, $HPE Buy the completed transceivers and switches from the module manufacturers. They install this hardware into standardized server racks alongside central processors and graphics cards.
$MSFT, $META, $GOOG, $AMZN Purchase the fully assembled server racks from the system integrators. They install the hardware inside global data centers to run cloud networks and data-processing software.
$SIVE operates as a direct supplier to $POET, creating a financial relationship where $POET commercial expansion directly generates revenue for $SIVE
Because $SIVE is the designated laser supplier for $POET optical engines, any contract $POET secures automatically generates a corresponding component order for $SIVE. The $500 million Lumilens pipeline creates a predictable, multi-year demand schedule for $SIVE manufacturing facility.
Transitioning from low-volume engineering services (Non-Recurring Engineering contracts) to automated, high-volume product manufacturing allows $SIVE to optimize its factory utilization. The company targets product gross margins between 50% and 60% as production volume scales.
Driven by demand for optical networking components, $SIVE has expanded its total sales opportunity pipeline by 77% to nearly $800 million.
In the bullish scenario, $POET utilizes its production capacities at 50 percent, translating to 6 million optical engines sold annually.
$SIVE supplies the required laser arrays for these systems at a content value of $50 to $150 per unit.
Consequently, $SIVE annual revenue from this partnership surges to between $300 million and $900 million.
This represents massive growth compared to the company's current total annual revenue of approximately $20 million to $30 million.
With an anticipated product gross margin of 50 to 60 percent, $SIVE generates an annual gross profit of $150 million to $540 million in this scenario.
The "Mythical Golden Egg Dragon Candle" predicted the $SIVE rally today.
If you look at the Golden Egg hatching indicator I drew, you can tell it predicts Sivers CEO buying on the open market a day later.
Do you guys think it's time I should sell courses on TA?
