Things to avoid when coaching children:
🤜Long runs
🤜Large sided games
🤜Aggressive instructions
🤜Long lines
🤜Demanding silence
🤜Long warm ups
🤜Long stretching
🤜Emphasising only winning
🤜Being too serious
🤜Over coaching technically
🤜Thinking it's about you

Hi @nurdyninja I hear you were having your ear bent by @Watsonmydear today. She suggested I get in touch and have ☕️. My DMs are open. I look forward to hearing from you.👍
Loving the @grazedotcom bar from the two brave girls from @NWGreenway on the #PeaceBridge in @VisitDerry #WalkToWorkDay
Hey @PatFlynn just caught up on your podcast with @justjanna 👌🏻. I’d love the opportunity to be entered in the @ahrefs draw. As after being made redundant from a 15 year career at Xmas. I’m trying to build a business that allows me to support and enjoy my family more. 👍 – at Portrush, Northern Ireland

Great idea @RyanHaire3 I was working with @CricketCoachEd to Pilot this & a 5-11 (summer program) in the @NWCricketUnion with a few clubs this spring. So vital to get kids involved early for long term participation in sport. 🤞 it goes ahead. Good luck with @littlestumps – at Portstewart, Northern Ireland
