“I have a foreboding of an America in my children's or grandchildren's time -- when the United States is a service and information economy; when nearly all the manufacturing industries have slipped away to other countries; when awesome technological powers are in the hands of a very few, and no one representing the public interest can even grasp the issues; when the people have lost the ability to set their own agendas or knowledgeably question those in authority; when, clutching our crystals and nervously consulting our horoscopes, our critical faculties in decline, unable to distinguish between what feels good and what's true, we slide, almost without noticing, back into superstition and darkness... The dumbing down of America is most evident in the slow decay of substantive content in the enormously influential media, the 30 second sound bites (now down to 10 seconds or less), lowest common denominator programming, credulous presentations on pseudoscience and superstition, but especially a kind of celebration of ignorance.” - Carl Sagan, The Demon-Haunted World: Science as a Candle in the Dark, 1995

BREAKING: Randi Weingarten is now screeching about illegal immigrants being detained and deported. "They should not be detained or deported because we have a broken immigration system!" "This is one of the most despicable things that our current government does!"

You bought a house. Then your home value went up. You didn’t sell it. You didn’t make a dime. But the government makes money anyway. That’s the insanity of property taxes. Georgia shouldn’t tax families because of gains that exist only on paper. As Lt. Governor, I’ll fight to fundamentally change that.

This is the inevitable consequence of DEI in elite school admissions. What took centuries to build is being destroyed in a few decades by what amounts to a bizarre secular religious belief system.

100 years from now? It was batshit crazy then and we all knew it.
A hundred years from now, people will look back at this and go: “…seriously? WTF.”

The other thing that "limits the reliability" of the survey is that it is obviously false, fake, and ridiculous.

I’m particularly proud of this post. 👇
Former United States Assistant Secretary of Health & Human Services for Public Affairs @MichaelRCaputo told me to "eat him" when I asked if his views on the COVID shot had changed. He was just appointed to the President's cancer panel.

Jack Smith denied targeting Republicans but the investigative documents now being released tell a completely different story.
+1 This paragraph in particular from John Solomon’s article caught my eye. Do you need any more evidence that Jack Smith and his team of dirty FBI agents acted as if being a Republican is a crime? And that Republicans using social media is a crime too? O’Brien is Robert O’Brien former Trump Admin national security official.

Marc Elias is hopping mad that the Georgia Elections Board asked for the U.S. DOJ Civil Rights Division to help the State of Georgia in the upcoming Midterm Elections. Marc screeches — that’s a violation of federalism. No it’s not, Marc. The State *voluntarily* asked for help so that is federalism in action. And when California cooperated with a captured DOJ Civil Rights Division, we didn’t hear boo from you. I’m sorry that the lock your side has had in running a captured DOJ Civil Rights Division, which in season and out of season acted like a wing of the Democrat Party has been ended. Or at least is in retreat now. Go cry in a beer stein from the Yard House.

Let me remind you why you voted for Donald Trump in 2024. This is what you said then, but the noise has distracted you from. #1 - Economy - Biden and the Democrats injected trillions into the economy creating a 22% price increase in 4 years. Trump’s inflation has been 2.4%, or increased prices of 4.8%. If you do the math, extend Trump's 2.4 over 4 years his cumulative price increase would be 9.6% or 12.4% less than Democrats. ✅️ #2 - Immigration - in 2 months Trump shut down the border. ZERO crossings the last 17 months. Biden, on average, allowed 20,000 a month, not including got aways. ✅️ #3 - Violent Crime - the murder rate is the lowest since 1955-56. Violent crime is down to levels not seen since 1900, the year 1900. Those are the items that energized you to vote, but now you're not voting because Trump didn't deliver. Were you lying then? Or, lying now?

When Keisha was mayor, she ended cash bail bonds. She claims cash bail doesn't apply to violent felons. It does.

Buckhead resident in Keisha’s Atlanta: “Let me address some of the problems that we want rectified. Carjackings have significantly increased. We are asking for a visible and consistent police presence at high-risk gas stations, shopping centers, and restaurants where citizens are frequently targeted and where there have been multiple police reports of carjackings and break-ins.” Keisha did none of these things.

NEW: Attorney General Letitia James refuses to answer questions about her social media post affirming the Cornell 7 rape allegations before she was appointed to investigate them. REPORTER: "On your Facebook page three days ago, you wrote, 'What this young woman has been forced to endure is horrific and unacceptable... We stand with you.' Why did you affirm her allegations as fact without doing your own fact-finding investigation?" HOCHUL: "I will answer that. I have every confidence in our attorney general to... look at the facts, examine the record, and draw the proper conclusions." REPORTER: "Attorney General, please."
