Some fun personal news. I’m excited to share that I’ll be covering the Colorado Avalanche for @guerillasports this season, in addition to staying on the Nuggets beat.
You'll see my face on camera and hear my voice in the locker room, along with some other fun stuff throughout the year.
Covering the Avs has been a dream of mine for a long time, and I’m very grateful to have the opportunity to do so. Can’t wait for what’s in store!

On the tail end of an optional skate for the Avalanche one guy remains out on the ice…T.J. Hughes.
Never want to see injuries happen, but Juulsen discussed his mindset on the high likelihood of his number being called with Manson likely missing time after sustaining an injury last night.
More from the Avs defenseman at optional skate today⬇️
🗣️Noah Juulsen on the Avs bounceback win vs. New Jersey:
"We weren't playing to the standard that any of us wanted to be at...last night was a step in the right direction."

Both of them recorded No. 200 as a Denver Nugget.
That was just a weird sequence, but the Avs are surviving. Got through the 5 on 3. Have some power play to kill off at the start of a third in a 1-1 game.
Brent Burns gets called fro tripping almost simultaneously as the Devils hit iron and come inches from taking the lead. They have a 5v3 for essentially the rest of the period.
Cross-checking penalty on LOC. Devils to the power play in a tie game. Only the third penalty called in this game and the first called on the Avs.
Avs tie it on the power play. Gabe Landeskog cleans up a puck in the low slot and shoves it past Allen.
Nico Hischier gets a minor penalty for hooking. Avs back on the power play. They're 0-1 and gave up a shorty on their last look at the man advantage.
