And here, I am surviving without a job for the past 11 years with 4 people dependent on me. No inheritance. No EMIs. No debt. Solely surviving on the money I saved during my employment period of 9 years.
One layoff can expose years of poor financial planning

We have to remember one thing as investors: Governments and the company management work for the prosperity of the investors. That's the reason we need not bother about macroeconomics. Governments will take care of it. We need to only bother about whether the company management is ethical (corporate governance) and whether the company is available at discount prices in the market (margin of safety). That's all.

#AdarsaKutumbam (AK47) is a very good movie. Trivikram is the only top director who sticks to his style of film making instead of falling behind the hype that Rajamouli created.

I have seen the same pattern with both these handles : @gurjota and @unseenvalue 1. Both share stocks analysis and thesis with disclaimers like "not an advice", " skin in the game", etc. 2. Both don't have SEBI registration. They do not want to take registration even with such a high talent in stock analysis. 3. Both have a huge following on X. 4. I asked Grok about both of these handles for pump and dump. 5. Grok said the same about these both. 6. Both have escalated my Grok conversation in their X timeline. 7. Both of these handles followers attacked me with the same abuse. But one question to both of these handles : When you are so talented with your stock ideas and analysis, why do not you take SEBI license to serve your followers better?

Hello @grok analyze the past X posts of the handle @unseenvalue and point out any violations of SEBI RA/IA regulations.

Everyone wants to retire, but no one takes that daring step for these three reasons : 1. What will my relatives and friends think about me? I will be called as jobless! 2. What will I do with my time? I do not know anything other than my job to do. 3. What if my expenses increase in the future? What I have is enough? Which one is yours?

Why are so many people pumping Laurus Labs in X? Never invest in such publicly pumped companies, even if they are good.

Gen Z are thinking that Millennials were lucky with job market. They think Millennials had jobs at the peaks of the software industry. That's wrong. We had almost the same situations as the current job market. 2001 market collapse, and 2008 economic recession. Most likely, I learnt investing and started living as a full-time equity investor because of the trauma we had during 2008 economic recession. Bad times teach us and prepare us to live well. Do not worry about AI replacing jobs. The future is going to be better. #Microsoft #layoffs

I felt that I am surviving on my #equity #investments alone, out of luck. But, after looking at the people who can't survive #salary-to-salary even after being among the #top #earners in India, I wonder whether it is my sheer #luck that is driving me or is it the #discipline to spend less and invest more, that is pushing my #financial #stability to the limitless?

This is how LIC agents sell those LIC ULIPs.
“If you are 25 and invest ₹8,000 a month, about ₹1 lakh a year, till your 60th birthday at 12%, you get roughly a ₹5 crore portfolio. Skip just one year for a party with your girlfriend and you lose ₹52 lakh.” “Delay 3 years and the loss is ₹1.41 crore, almost 50 times what you did not invest. Delay 6 years and you end up with ₹2.5 crore. 50% wiped out.” “So start today, even with ₹1,000. I began with a ₹1,000 SIP, and this wealth was built by sitting, not by using your mind.” @gajendrakothari (Managing Director, Erica Wealth) Watch Full Podcast : youtu.be/anmbfd5IFeQ If you want help with starting your SIP, Book a free call here: calendly.com/prernairaedu/30…

Almost all of the prospective clients ask me only one question : "What is your past performance?" The moment I tell them that I can't reveal the past performance because of regulations, they drop the call. There is a problem how #retail #investors choose their #fund #manager or #advisor : "the #past #performance". The past performance is not the criteria to choose your fund manager or advisor. The actual criteria to choose them is : 1. The cost of the fund management or advise. Make sure that your #fees and #charges are as low as possible to get a good fund manager or advisor. 2. Their investment strategy, philosophy and process. Make sure that you understand their strategy of fund management. Value Investing, Momentum Investing, Growth Investing, Income Investing, Contrarian Investing or something else? Do you properly understand their strategy? If the above two are met, just onboard their services. No need to look back.

When we believe that we are undefeatable and unbreakable, we get into situations which test our beliefs. Is it Karma or Randomness or the God tests us?

Not pointing at any country or a political party, but the #democracy fails because of voting rights at 18 years of age to the citizens. I wonder what an average 18 year-old knows about #politics!?

Many people even in their 30s do not know politics, but they have the right to vote at 18?

Investors talk of owning multi-baggers in a roaring bull market. However, journey of multi-baggers start in a deep correcting market. Many companies are down by 30-50% in the last two years.
