America’s corporate governance system is broken, and it’s killing public companies. Look no further than Cracker Barrel: Decades of brutal mismanagement have seen one incompetent CEO after another walk away with a massive paycheck while customers and actual shareholders take a beating. Why does this keep happening? Because proxy advisory firms like ISS are corrupt. They blindly rubber-stamp failing boards year after year, protecting the corporate elite while burning shareholder value to the ground. The root of the rot is index funds. There's no question that indexing one's money is a smart financial move for most people. But just because you passively index your investments doesn't mean your corporate votes should be handed over to the managers of your fund so they can play politics. Right now, passive funds hold massive, unchecked voting blocks while having zero skin in the game themselves. It is time for a simple rewrite of the rules: We need to index the votes of index fund investors. Passive index funds should be forced to automatically split their votes to proportionately mirror those of retail and active institutional shareholders — the people actually doing the research, risking their capital, and fighting for performance in the companies they hold shares in. No more rubber-stamping. A change like this will immediately strip corrupt gatekeepers like ISS of their toxic influence. True accountability happens when lazy, overpaid boards actually answer to the stakeholders they represent, rather than screwing them over. Actual, logic-driven governance when your money is passive happens when your vote passively follows the voting decisions of the actual market. We need to stop letting passive capital protect active incompetence. By stripping index funds of their arbitrary voting power and empowering engaged investors, we will finally torch corporate cronyism and usher American capital markets into a golden age of capitalism.

We have come to a long term apex in $MSOS. Today I established a very large long position.

Reminds me of when Jeff Bezos and Steve Ballmer publicly called for slowing the rollout of the internet in 2000-01 due to public safety concerns. Just kidding - that never happened…which means a whole lot of investors’ priors may need significant updating.

The political ping pong is only getting more forceful. When you rock a bowl of water, even gently, eventually the water over flows due to turbulence

I've been Jewish all my life and those clowns don't speak for me. On no level should you allow yourself to be gaslit out of pointing out the obvious, nor should you allow them to get away with claiming they represent all or even most of us at this point. Stay strong 💪

The accusation that I am antisemitic is appalling and fundamentally dishonest. Criticizing the actions of the Israeli prime minister, a military technology contract, or the executives who supply it is not the same as criticizing Jewish people. This critical and necessary dialogue is then dishonestly framed as being anti-Israel. To be clear, my views come from my own political convictions and should never be interpreted as hostility toward Jewish people, for whom I have deep love and respect.  Everything I know about acting, activism, and humanism has been profoundly shaped by the Jewish friends, colleagues, and loved ones who have been integral and family throughout every point of my life. This merger has real consequences for real people, and for the entire country. Scrutinizing the Ellisons, including Oracle’s business built on data, surveillance technology and government contracts, and the serious threat to editorial freedom and the loss of a livelihood for thousands of families, is fair and necessary. The $111 billion deal would hand one family control over CNN, HBO and Warner Bros., backed in part by foreign money whose influence on editorial decisions has never been fully explained to the public.  Lawmakers on both sides of the aisle have called for serious national security review, and regulators still haven’t given the public a real answer. Until they do, the merger shouldn’t move forward. Now is the time to dive boldly into all these issues, not step back or concede.

Nationalism is a lie. The personalities in charge of lying, cheating, begging, stealing, killing, and bad faith borrowing, won't suddenly stop that behavior within their own border.

Netanyahu’s claims have become a reckless overreach that cloaks political power in the language of Jewish peoplehood and Judaism while undermining the very safety of the people he claims to protect.

They are discussing using nuclear weapons on Iran in strategy meetings. Yes you read that correctly. It’s real. I’m not speculating, I know. And it’s pure evil. The last time a nuclear weapon was used was August 6th and 9th of 1945 on two cities in Japan, Hiroshima and Nagasaki, immediately killing 110,000 people, vaporizing people at ground zero, and total deaths reached 214,000 by the end of the year from severe burns and trauma. But the extreme suffering continued for the Japanese people from radiation sickness, skyrocketing cancer rates, and generational birth defects. Not to mention wiping out all means of their economy. And the suffering was so great that all of humanity vowed, “never again.” Trump and his admin were told by our own intelligence that Iran was no where near creating a nuclear weapon, then Israel said the same line it’s repeated for decades, “Iran is only weeks away.” So we bombed anyways, killed their leaders and innocent little children in a school, and Iran has controlled the Strait of Hormuz ever since and punished the region for their part in it. And now our government is the one actually discussing lowering the nuclear threshold in order to use nuclear weapons against Iran even though Trump claims he’s won the war like 40 times and says the U.S. controls the SoH. Trump promised no more foreign wars, but may actually be the one who delivers a nuclear holocaust that would likely drag the entire world into major conflict, economic depression, and mass human suffering we’ve never seen in our lifetimes and maybe throughout history. People need to speak out and boldly stop this insanity. America is not untouchable. If and when that happens, everyone, and I do mean everyone, will hold ALL of those in leadership right now fully responsible for the rest of human history. Do not use nuclear weapons and stop this war NOW.

Wave counters. Didn't the 2-4 trendline need to break in less time than it took to form for this to be a valid ending diagonal pattern?
Ascending Broadening Pattern – NDX 📖 An ascending broadening pattern has formed as a major top on the Nasdaq 100. Historically these patterns (especially the lengthy ones) break to the downside roughly 60–80 % of the time depending on the study sample. When they do resolve lower, average declines land in the 20% -30% range, with taller/wider examples performing more reliably. Layer on valuations that have already matched or surpassed Dotcom-era extremes and the setup turns lethal. JPMorgan’s David Kelly just dropped this on 10 August 2026: “With the latest stock market surge, we estimate that the market value of all U.S. corporate equity is now over 400% of GDP. This compares to 244% just before the pandemic, 204% at the peak of the dot-com bubble and 74% before the 1987 stock market crash.” That is double the Dotcom peak on the broadest measure of corporate equity. Shiller CAPE is already sitting near the 2000 highs. The classic public-market Buffett Indicator itself is at record territory around 230–240%. Money Flow Index has collapsed while price continues to grind higher .. classic distribution. Money is flowing out of the index, momentum is plummeting. These are hallmark signals of a major drawdown pending. The cats and rats are already jumping ship. ✍️ These patterns look majestic on the chart… until they don’t. They come with consequences. We are inside, and have entered, the final distribution window before it all lets go. The coincidence is almost perfect: the floor of the pattern sits right on that 2% wide gap itself unprecedented. The index has never left such a wide-open gap that failed to close. Ladies and gentlemens, this is the test run. This is the prep. Warnings are flashing, alarm bells are ringing. We are at a critical juncture and time is running out. The target should be reached at length at most by mid-next year. Interesting next 10 months inbound. Yours truly, The great martis ✨ She's beautiful..

There are no lesser evils. We are on a path towards fascism or communism. Careful rooting for the home team. The corrupt portion of the billionaire class will win either way, and they are growing in influence. I am being very evidence-based here.
