UPDATE: As of this morning, 43.1% of all US home for sale are now undergoing price cuts.
This is the highest read all year, up 70 basis points since last week.
Two tiers have emerged at the top of price cutting behavior.
Tier 1 - Danger zone:

BREAKING: Inventories in the US Strategic Petroleum Reserve fell by 767,000 barrels last week, to 283 million barrels, the lowest level since 1982.
This marks the 28th consecutive weekly decline, putting inventories down nearly -133 million barrels from their high.
America's oil reserves continue to run near their lowest levels in history.
The strongest El Niño yet: Looks like very cold in the US and warmer in most of Canada.

Asked why he is encouraging his supporters to vote by mail despite his claims that mail-in voting is fraudulent, President Trump said, “They can vote by mail if they want,” but went on to claim “there is a lot of cheating in vote by mail,” pointing to California.
When pressed by @nancycordes that there is no evidence of widespread fraud involving mail-in ballots in California, Trump responded, “You are fake news.”

The "arena" was a high school gymnasium.
Trump: "The Fake News New York Times 'reported' on my Great, PACKED Rally in Ohio that, 'the place was not full. Some upper sections were almost completely empty.' In actuality, thousands of people were unable to get in. The Arena was totally MAXED OUT, including all upper sections. Just 13 ship crossings were recorded through the Strait of Hormuz yesterday, versus roughly 130 a day before the war. That’s a 90% drop in recorded traffic. But sure, grandpa.
Trump: What's driving up Gasoline is no longer the Strait of Hormuz, because Record Numbers of Barrels are coming out now on an almost daily basis, but the word, "Refineries," where Russia's are being blown up by Ukraine, and where ours are being closed up, in Blue States, like California, by the Dumocrats.

Trump isn't beating the "can't walk in a straight line" allegations
This makes a lot of sense.
Trump may be damaging the United States for years after he is dead and gone.
A lot of what Trump has done can be undone the minute he’s gone. THIS, however, cannot: the fact that all of America's allies now know that in any four year period, a single man can rip up all treaties, social norms, and economic partnerships.
America is no longer a country they can trust.
America is no longer a country with which long-term deals can be made.
America is no longer a country that prioritizes peace.
Most countries will likely grow their military as a result.
Most countries will likely make deals with other countries as a result.
This damage will likely take more than a generation to START to be undone, if ever.
And THAT will be MAGA’s legacy.
