Donald Trump called California Psychics to ask whether he'd win the midterms. The psychic said she saw a huge parade with millions of happy Americans waving flags. When Trump asked if he looked good on TV the psychic replied, "I don't know the casket was closed."
Scott Jennings is going to the CNN Halloween party as a Trump surrogate and his wife is going as the soul he had ripped out of him.
Both parties use ballot stacking and same-name tactics. Documented Republican examples:
Florida 2020: GOP operatives recruited "ghost" independents with the same last name as Democratic incumbents (e.g., Alex Rodriguez vs. Jose Javier Rodriguez). The ghost took 6,000+ votes; Republican won by 32. Led to criminal charges.
Alaska 2024 House: GOP fought in court to keep NY prison inmate Eric Hafner (Democrat, never lived in Alaska) on the ballot after others withdrew, aiming to siphon Peltola votes under RCV.
Washington 2024: Republican activist recruited two other Bob Fergusons to file against AG Bob Ferguson to confuse voters. They withdrew after legal threats.
Alaska 2026 Senate primary: GOP-aligned PACs spent hundreds of thousands boosting fringe candidates (including an Arizona resident) to dilute Peltola support.
These tactics are legal in most cases but often criticized as deceptive by opponents.

This Halloween my pumpkins say how I truly feel.
