The ghost took 6,000+ votes; Republican won by 32. Led to criminal charges. Alaska 2024 House: GOP fought in court to keep NY prison inmate Eric Hafner (Democrat, never lived in Alaska) on the ballot after others withdrew, aiming to siphon Peltola votes under RCV.
