So, to recap the Larkin situation, this year he has: - Said he wants to be a Red Wing for life - Missed the playoffs again (scored one even strength goal after the Olympics btw) - Demanded a trade (but only to the top 3 US contenders) - Lost the captaincy - Begrudgingly showed up to camp (but wouldn't *really* answer any questions & got "injured) - Decided to play & said his focus was on winning games - Expanded his trade list (to the top 10 US contenders) - Publicly quit on his team for a second time Missing anything? Seems like a really easy guy to root for

Laugh all you want but Cheesecake Factories helped this country win WW2. In the 1940s, 23% of the adult population worked in these factories, and the US produced 300 to 400 million tons of Cheesecake per year. We used to build things.

Since the summer I’ve advocated for a Larkin. Obvs he has a full NMC, but if the stars were to align, it presents an opportunity for BUF to offload Norris w/ compensation at the same time. Norris is from MI and hard to imagine Detroit is on his 10 team NTC. DET has the $$$.
