🧵I just want to say thank you.
Thank you for putting your trust in me to be your Member of Parliament.
This has been a historic result for Wakefield and for Labour, with a swing not seen for Labour since we were last in Government.

Beautiful day to celebrate @ChildsHillLab’s campaign & our 3 Labour councillors in Childs Hill.
In 2018, we won 1 seat between Childs Hill & Golders Green. We now have both councillors in the new Cricklewood Ward and all 3 in Childs Hill.
I couldn’t be more proud of this team

During #MentalHealthAwarenessWeek, I want to recognise the challenges so many people face with their mental health.
Labour has a fully costed plan to treat mental health as seriously as physical health.
Walking in #ChildsHillPark and noticed poisonous #hemlock, this has been reported to be dealt with urgently. Please be very careful. Signs have been put up in front of some of these plants.
It is with great pleasure that I can announce that ALL 3 #labour #councillors including myself were elected in #ChildsHill for the 1st time in history 🥳🥳
I am truly thankful for the #support and #dedication that so many people gave.
The hard work starts now💪🏼

Today is polling day!
This is your chance to have your say - polls are open 7am - 10pm.
Today, #VoteLabour for a party that’s on your side.
The 2022/23 #Barnet #Council budget shows just how much money is being wasted!!
Take for example public benches, where they are paying a whopping £1306.91 per bench.
Homebase sells premium benches for £285.
Remember to #Vote

Canvass in David's Honour:
Today at 11.30am
Ahead of David Robinson funeral, we will be doing a canvass in Childs Hill in his honour. David chaired the Childs Hill and Golders Green branch for many years and was a big local campaigner.
Please DM me for location of canvass.

Great to be out on #labourdoorstep in #ChildsHill.
Residents are very unhappy with the poor running of the council by the Conservatives, it’s time for change!
Vote Labour on 5th May 🌹🗳️
