I had the honor of coaching Judah throughout the summer and into the season. This is a kid that works hard and leans into coaching. He has explosive speed, patience, and makes people miss. Not to mention a swagger that persists throughout games, breaking away 30-40 yarders late.
Good battle this past Friday. Getting back to work. 🏈

Thanks for all the great data!! Got some special stuff brewing.
When you forego your H.S. senior year (reclassify) on the way to Standford for some D1 football, it's time to 'accentuate' that movement performance! Adding eccentric focus, sprinkling in some AEL (accentuated eccentric loading) work. @MaxRich2025 (24)💪🚀

Velocity monitoring @MaxRich2025 movement performance with a Squat Jump protocol (45, 65, 95 LBS). The Velocity Sequence (visual on the iPad) is key. Our interest is to track that late eccentric (InversePOP) to early concentric (POP), the performance zone of 400 milliseconds.
