Wow, Sun Goddess is special. What a season🤞she trains on. Thankfully she couldn’t be in better hands.

Not only is she the official artist of this year’s @BreedersCup but the brilliant Katie O’Sullivan has a major exhibition opening in London on Monday. An absolute pleasure to visit her in her studio earlier this week. Story below.

It’s sort of stating the bleeding obvious, but that did look a highly pleasing start for Entrust. 🤞for next season.

A big thanks to Jayne McGivern @DashStud for her support of the British stallion and breeding industry with her purchase of Golden Horn and now Hukum. Two terrific, well-bred horses offering great dual-purpose opportunities to breeders @OverburySires.

Defo “chilly billy” in Ascot High Street this morning. However, it’s also crisp, clear and the sun is beginning to emerge. A fine day in prospect.🤞for some great action.

A man that credits everyone else all the time.

Be an usual achievement if Darkness Falls wins the Dewhurst, having hitherto raced only over 1m+. Dewhurst scorers Frankel and Too Darn Hot won at 1m in their build-ups (each had 3 runs prior to Dewhurst) but, generally, the winners have previously been campaigned around 6/7f.
For anyone heading South of Grantham on the A1 this morning, good luck. Been virtually at a standstill since 7.40, no idea why. I know it’s a good card at Newmarket….but this is ridiculous!
Canadian Bound. 50 years ago, the first yearling to sell for a million dollars(made 1.5). Like many sold this week, he had lineage (exceptional !), conformation and great connections. Sadly 4 starts, no wins. That’s racing, the great gamble.
