My first, first author research article is out now! With @kmeluni , we explore how post translational modifications affect Hsp90 inhibitor binding, then use AI to predict these PTMs across Hsp90. A cool project important for further development of these anti-cancer drugs!

Our latest paper uses deep learning to dissect PTM crosstalk on Hsp90 and its role in drug binding.
