Esta borrasca fría aislada no está conectada al chorro polar, que es el transportador de aire frío del Hemisferio Norte, por ello recibe ese nombre.

RECORD WATER LEVELS! 🌊
Multiple Florida cities just recorded their highest non-tropical water levels in decades from Key West to Miami to Cape Canaveral. Major coastal flooding has occurred recently because of King Tides, the Full Moon, persistent and gusty northeast winds, large waves and long-term sea-level rise. In fact, Key West had their highest non-tropical water levels (MHHW) since 1913!

South Florida is in the middle of the highest king tides ever recorded here. This morning reached the same major flood stage as Hurricane Wilma in 2005 sending water down streets from Miami to Fort Lauderdale and even flowed into some homes and businesses that weren't sandbagged.
