210.12 अक्टूबर 2000 झामुमो घूसकांड यानि पैसे देकर लोकसभा में वोट ख़रीदने के कारण देश में पहली बार काँग्रेस के प्रधानमंत्री,सोनिया गांधी जी के करीबी बूटा सिंह जी को सजा हुई ।इस घूस कांड में पैसे का खेल गांधी परिवार के खासमखास कैप्टन सतीश शर्मा जी ने किया जिन्हें इस सरकार को बचाने का इनाम पेट्रोलियम मंत्री बनाकर मिला ।1993 में पूरे दुनिया में भारतीय लोकतंत्र का सर शर्म से झुक गया ।राजीव गांधी जी की हत्या से उत्पन्न सहानुभूति ने कॉंग्रेस को सबसे बड़ा दल लोकसभा में बनाया,ऐन केन सरकार बनाई गई ।1993 में कांग्रेस ने अविश्वास प्रस्ताव बचाने के लिए झारखंड के सांसदों को शिबू सोरेन जी के नेतृत्व में पैसे दिए,सभी पैसे बैंकों में जमा हुए ।लेकिन सरकार ने सुप्रीम कोर्ट में कहा कि संविधान की धारा 105 के तहत संसद या विधानसभा में वोट डालने के एवज़ में पैसे लेने के बाबजूद मुक़दमा नहीं चलेगा ।सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने 3-2 के बहुमत से इसको मान लिया,सभी भ्रष्टाचारी बच गए लेकिन लोकतंत्र शर्मसार हो गया ।प्रधानमंत्री मोदी जी ने सुप्रीम कोर्ट के के संवैधानिक पीठ को दुबारा मुक़दमा चलाने का अनुरोध किया नतीजा 2024 का आदेश आया ।सांसद,विधायक को घूस लेने के बाद जेल जाना पड़ेगा ।तृणमूल कांग्रेस के सांसद की सदस्यता हाल में संसद ने रद्द इसी के मद्देनज़र की

Ashutosh Ranka and Saurav Das couldn’t even bring 20 people to Jantar Mantar this morning, yet they talk about bringing the entire country out onto the streets.
