I was on the committee of a University Labour Club where we had guests such as @CatharineHoey, @GiselaStuart and @PaulEmbery.
Their analysis was spot on.
I hope we as the Labour movement can take the necessary steps to redress our shortcomings. As soon as possible.

We’ve got too used to seeing people sleeping in doorways and outside stations.
It isn’t normal. And I won’t accept it.
Today, we’re announcing that everyone sleeping rough this winter will be offered a route off the streets if they need it.
We did it during the pandemic. We can do it again.
