Good question:
I used to be a creatine + multivitamin bro. Got a full panel done, rebuilt the entire stack around my actual bloodwork.
- DHEA: came back at 227 (optimal 300-550). So supplementing this. Precursor to my neurosteroids, supports mood, libido, recovery.
- Thyroid support w/ black cumin seed oil: TPO antibodies at 87 (optimal <15), early Hashimoto's marker. Black cumin has been shown to drop TPO antibodies ~50% in 8 weeks.
- TUDCA + NAC: ALT was 39, just over range. Liver support.
- Omega-3s: Ferritin at 138 (optimal 30-110), a possible inflammation flag. Added Omega-3s to help resolve inflammation at the source.
- Vitamin D3/K2: D was 63, in range but I want it higher.
- Magnesium: RBC mag was low. Helps with sleep, recovery, and blood pressure.
- Pregnenolone: Came back low. It's upstream of DHEA, so no surprise mine was low given the DHEA number. Supports neurosteroids and sleep.
- Methylated B complex: TRT burns through B vitamins. Also lowers homocysteine and supports the thyroid.
Hormone wise:
- Pulled my TRT back. Total T was 1509, free T 332. Plenty of headroom to pull back the dose. It was driving hematocrit (50.6%) and estradiol up. Went from 200mg/week split 2x IM to 180mg split 3x/week shallow IM. Smaller, more frequent pins = steadier levels, less aromatization.
- Dropped the anastrozole. Lowering the dose should bring E2 down on its own. Follow-up bloodwork will hopefully confirm.
- Added CJC/Ipamorelin back in. IGF-1 came back slightly low (147, optimal 175-400). CJC/Ipa stimulates my own GH pulse instead of running exogenous.
This is why I always preach getting bloodwork done before putting together a protocol.
Replying to @James9thLife
execution is where it's at. too many people get stuck in planning phase
what's one protocol you've adjusted recently based on review and feedback

$SUP+20% on massive earnings beat. Sales +19%, GP +86%, ebitda +39%, record margins of 15% +220bps y/y, gaap NI profit. Re-affirms FY guide in face of industry headwinds with possible upside. $10 PT possible or +67% upside.
$SUP $10 stock = only 5.5x ebitda and 0.7x sales, a 20% and 30% discount to peer group, respectively. Trailing FCF yield = 55%, forward 30%.
$SUP is one,if not the cheapest, auto-suppliers in the mkt. New CEO has fixed the biz and has delivered y/y margin improvement every quarter (6 quarters in a row, ex-2q20). Biz unaffected by semi-shortage (wheels). Deserves to trade closer to peer multiples, under 5x ebitda today

$sup 1/ big ebitda and fcf beat last Friday. New ceo continues to execute turnaround. Secular trends of larger diameter wheels on autos, premium finishes, and lighter wheels for EVs driving growth over market and contributing to higher ASPs/ margin benefit.
$sup 2/ reiterates FY21 guide despite semi shortage and temp auto line shutdowns. Would have crushed prior guide. Continues to delever. 27% trailing fcf yield. PT = $12, implies 14% forward fcf yield ($45m fcf ‘21). 5x ev/ebitda today, 5.8x at $12, still a 20% discount to peers

$sup +120% since reporting huge beat last week. Turnaround began last year showing stripes as macro improves.Cost structure fixed for operating leverage to show,+20% ebitda growth on -10% revs, +440bps y/y ebitda margins. Will generate ~40m fcf = 50% fcf yield. Deleveraging story
$sup 3) could 2x from here based on above. 2021 ebitda ~160m (5x ev/ebitda). Conservative 2021 fcf = 30m (after pref div) which is still a 20% fcf yield on market cap if stock is $5.60/ share. I use 5x p/fcf multiple, while Peer median multiple is 11x
$sup CEO buys shares 2 weeks ago after posting big 3q beat giving credibility to turnaround. 10x p/fcf multiple (peer average) on fcf of ~40m = $15 stock. Plenty of runway left
