قطع برق سراسری روی کارکرد سیستم نظامی اثر منفی قطعی و در صورت عدم آمادگی احتمالا تاثیر بزرگی خواهد گذاشت. اما طبق محاسبه من، پایگاه‌های موشکی ج.ا همچنان میتوانند با اتکا به ژنراتور و ذخایر سوخت داخلی در حد معقول، برای مدت نسبتا طولانی به کار خود ادامه دهند، اگر شفت‌ها و سیستم تهویه... آن‌ها سالم بماند.
اگر مصرف یک پایگاه موشکی را به طور متوسط بین 500 کیلووات تا 1 مگاوات فرض کنیم، بخش مهمی از این مصرف به تهویه و روشنایی اختصاص دارد. ژنراتورهای مدرن حدود 0.25 تا 0.28 لیتر بر کیلووات‌ساعت مصرف می‌کنند (این مقدار می‌تواند در بار بالا افزایش یابد). اگر برای 500 کیلووات محاسبه کنیم، یعنی حدود 140 لیتر سوخت در ساعت و 3,360 لیتر در روز. در یک هفته این میزان به 23.5 متر مکعب سوخت و در یک ماه به 94 متر مکعب سوخت می‌رسد؛ یعنی حدودا برابر با 2 تا 4 تریلی حمل سوخت. در حالت 1 مگاوات، این ارقام طبعا به دو برابر افزایش خواهد یافت. و در صورت مصرف بیشتر از این مقدار، طبعا مصرف بیشتری هم خواهیم داشت. در صورت کاهش سوخت میتوانند برخی کارکردهای کمتر ضروری را کاهش دهند.
ما دقیقا نمیدانیم، اما ممکن است این بار طرح سرکوب پایگاه های موشکی ابعاد تکنیکی تری را در بر گیرد.

اندکی پیش از جنگ ۴۰ روزه، سپاه پاسداران اقدام به خرید حجم انبوهی از ژنراتورهای خورشیدی برای شهرهای موشکی‌‌اش نمود. منطق‌شان این بود که این ژنراتورها ردپای حرارتی هم‌تایان گازسوز و بنزین‌سوزشان را ندارند و در نتیجه محل استفاده را لو نمی‌دهند. حوثی‌های یمن در اثر جنگ زیرساختی و کمبود سوخت فسیلی، سال‌هاست از این روش برای روشنایی پایگاه‌ها و شهرهای تحت کنترل‌شان بهره می‌برند.
تنها دو مشکل وجود دارد:
۱) تعدادی از این ژنراتورهای وارداتی چیپ‌ست‌های دستکاری شده دارند (خودتان تا آخرش را بخوانید)
۲) برای بقیه‌ی‌شان، پنل‌های خورشیدی این ژنراتورها را می‌توان در یک نیمروز به مدد عکس‌های ماهواره‌ای و نسخه‌ی پنتاگونی گرآک شناسایی و با مختصات وارد بانک اهداف کرد.

The Yemeni Armed Forces and the government are composed of members from all sects, both Sunni and Shia; we are all Yemenis, and we are brothers. Ansar Allah is not a political party, a faction, or a sect. Anyone can be part of Ansar Allah, provided they believe in Allah and oppose imperialism and Zionism.
This also applies to the blessed September 21, 2014 revolution led by Sayyid Abdul-Malik Badr al-Din al-Houthi, in which most of the Yemeni people from all sects and Yemeni cities participated.
Therefore, everyone should know that there is no sectarianism in Yemen.
It should be noted that Saudi Arabia attempted to fuel sectarian and regional strife in Yemen, but failed due to the wisdom of the Yemeni people and the wisdom of the Yemeni revolutionary, political, and military leadership. Saudi Arabia, America, and Israel were unable to achieve their objectives in Yemen.

The story being reported by Iranian sources is that the IRGC Navy fired an anti-ship cruise missile from Qeshm Island toward the Strait of Hormuz, and the launch position was then hit by a projectile from a U.S. drone.

The last time Pete Hegseth fired people for allegedly leaking the investigation found the charge false and some of them were even re-hired. So this statement should be taken with a grain of salt.
NEW: On background from a War Department official:
Army Lieutenant General Brett Sylvia, who was part of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, was fired by Secretary Hegseth for severe misconduct. Although Sylvia’s title was director of the Directorate for Strategy, Plans, and Policy at the Joint Chiefs of Staff, known inside the military as the J5, he was NOT a central planner for the Iran War. That is the responsibility of CENTCOM and its commander Admiral Cooper.
Sylvia is the subject of an investigation for leaking classified information about the Iran War, the war between Russia and Ukraine, and more. Due to the Pentagon’s media policy requiring journalists to have escorts in the building, Sylvia began meeting with journalists outside of the Pentagon in order to leak classified information.
Sylvia failed three polygraphs which questioned him about leaking classified information. The investigation into him remains ongoing and has been referred to the Department of Justice for further action. The extent of his leaking became so critical that Secretary Hegseth took immediate action and fired Sylvia in order to protect national security. Urgent action was needed and could not wait another second.
