I taught an LLM to optimize proteins. It proposed a better carbon capture enzyme.
Introducing Pro-1, an 8b param reasoning model trained using GRPO towards a physics based reward function for protein stability.
It takes in a protein sequence + text description + previous experimental results, reasons over the information given in natural language, and proposes modifications to improve the stability of the given sequence.

What is wrong with liberals and the LGBT community? I really think its a mental illness. It seems like something in the environment might be altering brain chemistry, influencing behavior, and distorting perceptions of beauty and ugliness. This shift also appears to affect their sex drive, focusing it on non-reproductive activities. It’s concerning because sex is a significant driver of energy and mental focus. As a result, they are unable to function properly, and instead focus all their energy into sexual behaviors that seem horrendous to normal individuals.
