Former President Barack Obama is condemning the federal investigation into Rep. Ilhan Omar's alleged marriage to her brother, but the original probe actually began during his own administration.
Fox News Digital has confirmed that the FBI and DHS began investigating the allegations in 2016 before a Biden-appointed U.S. Attorney later shut down the probe in 2021.
Now, with federal investigators again examining Omar's immigration history, Obama is accusing the Trump administration of targeting her for criticizing the president.
Omar denies the allegations, while the renewed investigation raises fresh questions about a case that stretches back a decade.

The operation calls for portable nuclear generators, large-scale battery storage and microgrids to keep bases running when the civilian grid goes down. It also calls for stockpiles of munitions, fuel, critical minerals and medical supplies, plus backup supply chains for key defense needs!
