There were plenty of ways to contact Kevin in 1990 too. The movie went to great lengths to make it extremely obvious why all of them failed, because that was the premise of the movie.

Wikipedia has been doing some really awesome social media posts. They've been hiring artists & animators to talk about random Wikipedia articles or explain how it works.
They could have just hired influencers, or made text posts. But this feels much more grassroots. I love it
