Had the opportunity to see some really cool projects with real life application happening today at Monticello Trails Middle School.

Often a pain point during projects and papers. Students have difficulty being specific while providing peer feedback. So… we decided to practice! We recreated ‘Austin’s Butterfly example’ in our classroom! We now have something to reference in future projects! 🦋
This weekend at @KansasLeads, a presenter talked about creating an environment in which a student feels safe enough that they accidentally call you mom! It happened today!! The student doesn’t even realize how great of a compliment that was! 🤍

The students underwent a breakout room I built to learn more about the Global Goals & to prepare them to build their own digital escape room! Students called group meetings, created space for quiet classmates to talk, encouragement & so much more!
