Nigerians are a peculiar people.
If we had the blue waters beauty of Zanzibar and someone tries to project the place for exposure, you’ll see some random come to your quote and say, “for this Abeokuta wey I Dey” just to push down on whatever positive you’re projecting.

Update!
After EFCC intervention, Nestoil has now paid $100 million to consortium of lenders (First Bank, UBA and Access Bank)
They initially paid $40 million in August and $60 million few days ago.
There's still a long way to repay $1 billion debt but progress is being made.

This is what baffles me about Nigeria.
A whole seaport, bigger than Apapa port, is functioning in Nigeria, but an overwhelming majority of the people from the region and their neighbors widely parrot the misinformed notion that ONLY one port (Lagos) in Nigeria is functioning.
Yet, the enlightened ones among them who use this port have never come out to categorically contest the obvious lie and deliberate misinformation.
Begs this question: is it pitiful ignorance, willful ignorance, blind agenda, or collective stupidity??
Good people. Great Nation. Una.
Here’s an interesting part , Onne port in Rivers state 🇳🇬 is actually larger than Apapa port in Lagos
And just like me , many other business men especially the ones based in the southern part of the country uses this port to ship and receive their containers from all over the world 🌎.
Here me out 🗣️ Lagos has no port advantage over other states , instead our lazy governors is not doing enough to attract investors
Nobody will invest their money they won’t make profits ❌❌

One of the reasons i don’t argue with lots of folks on here,Many here don’t know shiit about Nigeria.
They are young & the closest they know about Nigeria was 8 years of Buhari & things that happens during & after the pandemic
It reflects on their takes & perspectives on life

We only like the people that likes us "half bloods or not. Look at you saying you have phobia for Yoruba women, you expect me to like you while you hate my kind?
The hate you receive is exactly what you gave.

When you see Nigerians tearing their country apart, it’s either they’ve never travelled the world or they’ve only visited the West. Only a few countries in Africa can boast of having up to 50 urban centres like Nigeria. Most of these countries have only their capitals and a few other towns as showcases, and nothing more. Anywhere else is a journey away from civilisation. Yet you see some people comparing Nigeria to countries that are smaller than a single local government area in Nigeria.

See, I love when they cry, because they are always the first to bring their country down

Have you forgotten that a popular person wrote an article and granted interviews claiming Dangote refinery is a scam and it won't work? Nothing can surprise me again on this Twitter. A lot of Nigerian just need slight exposure and interactions with other cultures 4 enlightenment

Imagine tarnishing your country’s image just to paint Yoruba bad 🫤
The two culprits are Cameroonians but you had to call them Nigerians and Yoruba
You can only create propaganda on Yoruba but we all know yall are doing the real thing 😂

I laugh at all these Nigerians that are crying about other African countries disrespecting them;you’re literally the first to post “unnecessary” negative things about ur country.
I remember when some people posted photos of the Light rail being “pushed” just cos they hate APC
People literally said the Light rail won’t work, but here we are today.
Nigeria & Senegal are literally the only West African countries that have a functional Rail system.
You people can’t distinguish between hating the government & political parties and hating your country

When people complain Lagos has port advantage over other states in Nigeria 🇳🇬
I find it funny because Onne port in River state is fully functioning and I actually send some of my container from china 🇨🇳 to onne port in River state 🇳🇬 instead of Apapa Lagos
It’s simple Other states is not as developed as Lagos because we have bunch of lazy governors that’s hasn’t done much to attract investors to come into their states just as Lagos did …
